Simple, great banking

Love, love the simplicity of EQ, none of the nonsense 3 month promotional rates. Just great rates all the time. And chat and call options for support. If you’re comfortable with banking online, EQ is the bank for you.

Unreliable!

Constant technical issues messages while performing basic everyday banking tasks. Worst experience I’ve had with an online banking service.

Poor experience with Bill payments

Money got stuck which was urgently needed for needs of my senior citizen parents. Didn’t get bill payments done on time because of EQ and I’m paying for the consequences for the delays. Poor service and experience this time again.
