La banque qui m’en donne plus
Je suis bien heureuse d’avoir découvert cette banque. J’aime particulièrement faire des intérêts avec le compte 10 jours d’avis. Je fais 1,35% de plus que le 1% de base. En cas de besoin, juste 10 jours d’attente pour un retrait! J’ai toujours eu un excellent service quand j’appelle. Bref, une belle façon de faire faire des p’tits à mon argent durement gagné!

Le problème est que nous n’avons toujours pas le service en français comme vous nous dites depuis des années que cela s’en viens… même service que vous donnez au Québec . Au NB nous sommes une ville française, dans une province bilingue, dans un pays bilingue! Je ne comprends pas que vous ne comprenez pas que nous voulons être servi en français!
J’ai dû retirer une partie de mon argent de mes comptes investissements par peur de ne pas tout bien comprendre.

PLEASE ADD REOCCURRING INTERACT E TRANSFERS! For the love of everything, I've been asking for this, sending feedback for 3 years now. I mean how hard is it to add, you already offer this for bill payments. It's so annoying having to remember EVERY SINGLE MONTH to e transfer money to your landlord. And it's the only missing feature from EQ Bank that has me on a constant look to swich to someone else like Wealthsimple. So please add this I beg of you 😫

The app needs work
The app doesnt work when u try to transfer money. Doesnt allow u to click. Its annoying. Gotta log out and log back in to have it work
Disappearing Entries
I’m on a trip and have been trying to keep my transaction entries up to date. I return the next day and half have vanished!!! To verify, I made my entries, rechecked b4 leaving app. Next day only some remaining.
App Closed - August 2026
For 3 days in a row, EQ Bank has shut down and refuses to open so I have no access to money. Very disappointing and there’s no simple way to reach them to report this???

Good bank, no technical support
I’ve been using EQ for a few years, and while the banking experience is generally good, the app has frequent glitches. Some issues, like the history of international transfers, remain unresolved for a long time. Recently, the app completely stopped working, crashing every time I tried to open it. The technical support is also a major problem; it’s either very limited or completely nonexistent. I spent three days on calls, asking for a supervisor to address a serious issue. Finally, I got through to technical support, but I’m sure it’ll be days before anything is fixed. It’s an online bank with an app that’s not working at all. That’s to say the least, unacceptable. It gives me very little confidence in this institution from a technical standpoint. I’ll probably look for a new bank. Too bad, because the Canadian market could really benefit from a modern online banking experience. Banking: 5 stars, technical support: 2 star.

Amazing bank and app
Love the layout and flawless flexibility that this app provides I also like how you load the bank card so you have 100percent control of all your accounts balance. I feel safer knowing my bank is separate from my bank card unless I want money on my card.
