Unable to scroll down
On the app, you’re unable to scroll down to view monthly calendars and schedules which makes it so inconvenient. It’s like a glitch.
Logging in
Just update the app. Now it will not allow me to log in.
Unable to sign in
I have had issue with this app. I am unable to sign in and my iPhone is updated. I restarted my phone, un-installed the app, re-installed. Nothing seems to work.
App Malfunction
The App is not allowing me to sign in. It seems as if the sign in button has been disabled ? Can this please be looked into !!
Viewing format
I love Inovalon but after the update it has been very hard to view the schedule on my phone. I have a computer view which is very hard on a phone to visualize. Prior to the update I was able to view the schedule by day, week or weeks and that was easy as oppose to logging onto my phone.

App is completely dysfunctional right now. It seems that the web version is being squeezed into the app, so everything is unusable cus the information doesn't fit on the screen. The old landing page with the circles is gone, and it's been replaced by a drop down menu. Since you can't zoom out, the text is unreadable. It's utterly useless. It's been going on for months and has not been addressed.

App view changed to desktop view
It's impossible to do anything in the app now. It's the desktop view crammed into an app. This used to be so useful, I used it daily. I get so frustrated trying to use it now. The schedule is so confusing to read and it gets cut off. Wish i could go back to the older version.
Bad app
App was good until it decided to switch up and become a web page with in an app for some reason. Unuseful now.

Help me go back to the old app view!
I used to be on this app so many times a day, now I avoid it. The old app view was my favorite, now there’s almost like a full site view. I just want to go back! Can anyone help me?!?
Wont let me sign in
I had this app when it was shift hound then ability now that it’s changed names again it won’t let me sign in. My credentials haven’t changed. Waste of space on my phone now. Thanks for the update, a lot of good it has done.

The sign in tab is not working. It let you put your username and password and the sign in tab is not functional

Not working on iPad
Love this app. Used to work on iPhone and iPad but no longer works on iPad. It just says “customer login” without anywhere to log in. Otherwise it’s a great app!

This app often fails to load on any given day prior to my shift, leaving me without the slightest idea of where I'm supposed to be the next day.

Unable to view schedule
Companies need to start using a reliable way for employees to view their schedule, because this is far from it. If companies use this, then it's not a company worth working for since you won't be able to see when you're scheduled to work.
