App freezes
I have tried to use this app multiple times and each time I do the app freezes in the middle of whatever I am doing. I have to swipe out of it and then log back in. It just keeps freezing over and over.

Always a problem with bugs and getting Insperity to fix the issues is like trying to get Caesar to eliminate taxes!
Worst time app ever
The single most confusing app I’ve ever had to use. Paycom infinitely easier to use and more user friendly. My company even had Insperity host an orientation of sorts to help us transition and the person hosting was truly unhelpful. Every question we asked was answered with “I’m not sure” big mistake using this app and company

Crashing/Freezing
Company just transferred to this service from ADP. Don’t know if it’s only me but everytime I go check my paystub and scroll down to see what being taxed the app keeps freezing. Very much a downgrade from ADP.

Glitchy
Some parts of the app work well some are very glitchy and don’t. Some parts are complicated, unintuitive and not user-friendly. Insperity makes it impossible to report anything to app developers to fix. I would go with a different company.

RUN, don’t walk…
If you’re employer tells you they are going to start using Insperity, go look for a new employer as soon as you can. This company and the service they provide is absolute garbage. Our health insurance rates skyrocketed, all decisions about PTO and payroll were removed from local control and the volume of spam email I receive from Insperity is atrocious.
