I truly hate this app
I hate that Instacart even made this a thing. It works when it wants to, there’s so many bugs and half the time you can’t even log in or check the account because of something being wrong with the app like today for the 100th time. It’s the most inconvenient step in instacarting. I can see myself going back to direct deposit into my bank account and skip this step all together. I’ll just have to wait for weekly checks. Smh. Not that the developers will care.

This card is a huge inconvenience. Paying to transfer my funds to my debit card where I get gas and buy groceries doesn't take this card. The fees are ridiculous.

My kids were playing on my phone after I finished work with Instacart. And I was blocked, I didn’t know about that for a week. While I open app and after ID authorization I saw message about deactivated. There letter all time was at spam and when I try understand what happened they just start ignored my emails. Horrible service and communication.

This app is horrible if you need any money refunded it’ll NEVER come back to your card fast you’ll have to wait the 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS and then it might not even come to your card it’ll just disappear. You can’t hook it up to anything to get money onto the card it’s just horrible and I’m done using mine.

I do not owe anybody any money and branch allows them to get your money. I don’t even use this card be aware do not use this card branch cards or nothing but a scam they want to control you how to use your money they allow other people to take your money and not give and there’s also no phone number for you to contact them. Sometimes they’ll block you be aware do not use this card. You’ve been warned.

Useless piece of plastic
It says I can earn cash back at Costco gas station where I get my gas, but to get cashback I need to use credit which is impossible at the Costco because they accept only Visa credit cards
I tried to buy my groceries with this , but Ralph’s system doesn’t let me bypass pin entry on this card. So whole cashback thing is not working , so why do I need this card Idk

It’s a paycheck card
This card basically functions as a paycheck card that receives my check from Instacart. I go to an ATM to withdraw my money which does add an additional step to moving my money as needed but I can also just use the card to pay bills, gas, personal Shopping etc. The fee for transferring money is ridiculous so I just go to the atm or use the card like a debit card. It’s linked to my Apple wallet to make things as easy as possible as possible.
