The app is cool and fun and I do appreciate the opportunity to make extra money easily and quickly only thing that drives me absolutely crazy is that when u go into a store you’ve never been to before u do t know your way around u don’t where any of these things are in your list so u look crazy walking from one in of the store to other back an forth. Untill u give up an ask for help by the their doing your shopping for you. lol. Anyways there should be some type of navigation system. Like door dash has the aisle number the item is In, as well as pictures to help u find the items on the shelf’s.

Perfect way to save money
I love this app, especially because of the save funds feature. You can set a goal and put money in the account and forget about it! Not like your regular banking app where you can easily see the money every day so it’s easier to save
Doesn't work with a lot of things including Walmart
Every time I go to Walmart it gets declined. There's nothing wrong with the card and there's money on it. I always have to use another card from some other bank account at Walmart. This card works at other places just not Walmart. It also doesn't work for making international purchases. Also if you use it for gas it always goes as credit no matter what and you can't stop it. So if there was a debit discount you couldn't do it.

Extra money
This is great you pick your own hours and it’s great having that spare money comes in real handy when you need it customer service is very nice and fast to help you but the only. Thing that bothers me is they should use Google Maps more accurate and they need to be more pacific on delivery. There’s not enough information on a lot of the customers so it should be updated. It makes it hard and then you get a no next year delivery not on time

So for the bad reviews it’s a optional thing to use this card and there’s setting in the app where you can just remove it after getting it , but I’ve been using it for a while now and it works perfectly fine
Does what I want!!!
This is a good option for wanting funds quickly!! It has worked out great so far for me. The only thing I do not like is the instant transfer fee is $3.99 and that’s crazy but you can just use the card like a normal debit card and all Is good!!! It helps me buy pokemon cards and board games so I am happy!!!!

Idk how everyone is having issues but I haven’t had one issue with my card. Use it dang near everywhere I shop. Better than paying that dumb 1.50 to put the money in my regular account. Should do like Uber and give $100 back up credit
The Card (Bank) with a Glitch
I am good with the whole transferring money instantly, following a shop being dropped off. I like separating Instacart earnings from my regular checking account. What I don’t like is that I am NOT able to Zelle nor is there a simpler way to deposit non instacart monies. I don’t like that the cost to transfer money instantly is ridiculous. Otherwise, if I need the money immediately, I turn off the instant transfer feature before I start a batch, and pay $1.50 to instacart for transferring to my personal checking account. 🤔😕

I truly hate this app
I hate that Instacart even made this a thing. It works when it wants to, there’s so many bugs and half the time you can’t even log in or check the account because of something being wrong with the app like today for the 100th time. It’s the most inconvenient step in instacarting. I can see myself going back to direct deposit into my bank account and skip this step all together. I’ll just have to wait for weekly checks. Smh. Not that the developers will care.

This card is a huge inconvenience. Paying to transfer my funds to my debit card where I get gas and buy groceries doesn't take this card. The fees are ridiculous.
There trust and safety service just ignore you
My kids were playing on my phone after I finished work with Instacart. And I was blocked, I didn’t know about that for a week. While I open app and after ID authorization I saw message about deactivated. There letter all time was at spam and when I try understand what happened they just start ignored my emails. Horrible service and communication.
