I was genuinely nervous about how well eveything would work with how affordable it was, but it’s been great! Super easy to navigate, picture quality and streaming comes through clearly! Highly recommend!

Constant issues with “ server connectivity”. Try to unplug and reset and redownload app and nothing works. Only has worked about 1/3 of the time. Have had for years with constant issues. App Always signs me out for some reason.

Can Only Be Used One ONE Device At A Time
It’s a great idea but I have noticed it can only be used on one device at a time. If someone wants a partner, friend, or relative having access, it won’t let you. Or even if you want to have it on a tablet and phone the same time, it will sign you out one device once you log in to the other.
Great for watching pets and some sort of security.
I didn’t purchase the cloud option but bought a MicroSD Card 128GB on sale $25 CAD and it works fine.

Worst app ever
This app is a big commercial. I cannot delete cats. I can’t find any functionality to operate the litter box. This app is so bad, I am returning the litter box. I will buy a different one.
Not functional for power outages - useless
Can’t set up the local feeding. Doesn’t even give me an option. Bad product. Bad app

Buyer beware!! So I’ve noticed my mini purr camera has been turning red while in private mode, this is my first time having a pet camera. I didn’t think anything of it until I used the “Speak” option in the app while at work. It sounded muffled, I thought maybe the ac or fan was on. Just tried the speak option while sitting in my room because the red light was on and it sounds like heaving breathing and it didn’t match mine!! I said hello, is someone there? & a loud beeping started going off!!! Wth?! I have a recording and sent it to the company so beware if you use this app!

Overall really happy with it
Got the Instachew 360 two cameras a little while ago, and honestly, it's been great. App setup wasn't a headache at all, which I appreciated because I'm not super techsavvy.
The app is the thing I was most worried about because some of these apps are just a mess, but this one is actually decent. Easy to use, loads fast, and switching between the two cameras is simple. I check it way more than I probably should lol.
Having two cameras means I actually see what's going on around the house, not just one spot. The picture is clear and it works well at night too which was a nice surprise.

I’ve tried multiple times to set up my 360 camera and it says device added, but then the device doesn’t show in my Home Screen. Useless.
Tried refreshing etc. In the end it appeared after I removed the subscription to the cloud storage, so I guess I won’t be using that for now.

Works Alright for What I Need
Basic App that let's me watch my dog when needed. The camera disconnects whenever my phone switches off of wifi so I have to close and reopen the app. Recently though I've been interested in activating cloud storage because I saw there was a sale for the whole year. I went to go subscribe, but I keep getting errors saying "Select a device to activate Cloud Storage", but there's no option to do so. And then I clicked on the "Cloud Storage" option in my device but keep getting Permission Denied for query and service. If I could get some support to add cloud storage that'd be great

Works great for my needs
Never have a bun ch of issues. Decent view, and honestly the price is reasonable so I have no complaints. That’s Instachew for keeping my pets safe.
