Horrible app, my work switched to instant pay from daily pay and it has only gone down hill from here. Instant pay is unreliable and money hungry i wouldn’t suggested this app unless you want a free headache.

As if it’s not already annoying that the app called “Instant Pay” isn’t really instant because you still have to wait til 1PM or the next day after your shift to get a offer, on top of that unlike DailyPay, the app that my employer forced us to switch from, instant financial gives you a time limit of when you can accept it which is 11PM. And now this week I didn’t receive my offer for all the days that I worked and when I tried to contact support I kept getting the same agent who took too long to answer questions and messages, didn’t really care about my issue, kept asking the same questions, and then kept ending the chat abruptly in the middle of me typing and tried to tell me that because they can see in their system that I was supposedly sent the offer that I received the offer when I didn’t and I know for a fact because I have the notifications turned on for whenever my offer is first made available and that notification was never received not one of the days that I worked this week. And she ended the chat on me twice after I sent her a screenshot proof that I in fact never received a offer because I checked it all day and no offer was at the top of the page like usual and if you check transfer history it’ll show the dates, amount, and when you transferred money. Overall this app is HORRIBLE and deserves a 0/5..0/10‼️‼️‼️‼️

No fraud protection
I noticed today that a $45 and separate $3 charge was charged to my instant account for Uber Eats. I’ve never bought from Uber Eats in my life btw so I knew that someone had stolen from me. I tried to bring this to the instant chat box but all it did was refer me to 3 separate articles that had nothing to do with disputing fraudulent charges. So I called the instant office and it took about 30 minutes to even get a hold of someone. I told her my name, my occupation, and the last 4 digits of my card number and she told me that the $45 dollar charge can’t be disputed because it was pending, so I basically had to wait for the thief to for sure steal my money in order to get my money back. And since the $3 charge was posted I would have to fill out a form and wait 90 days to get my $3 back. I hung up on her and decided to not waste my time. This app is a total scam and screws over people and if you’re using it please make sure to transfer all your money over to your credit/debit card.

The ratings are definitely a lie. This app is trash. Can’t access your money when you get paid at midnight (the system just starts glitching as if you don’t have an account) You’re limited to 1,000 per 24 hrs to transfer your funds out of the app. When they have a schedule maintenance they block you from using the fast transfer to only using the standard. They charge 3.50 fee every time you transfer the funds. So it’s best to transfer in bulk BUT you have a 1,000 transfer limit (as I stated prior). They only give you 12 hrs to accept the daily offer then it disappears(but if you call them they’ll opened the offer back up IF it’s within the same day). The customer service sucks and the reps barely speak English. This app has tooooooooooo much control over your funds. I hate this app so bad. DAILY PAY is better idk why my company switched to them!

I’ve had this app for about three months now, and recently realized it was taking more money than it usually should I was super confused because it never said that it was gonna take money from me when I accepted early pay, but it was taking a lot more than usual and kept leaving me with 200 pay I tried calling for assistance and they had barely told me that they took money out every time that you accept an offer

Worse and worse
This has always had some very harsh fees and very long wait times but it’s even worse now, the instant transfer fee is astronomically high and to even make that an option they make you wait close to a week for regular transfers. When I first used the app instant transfers were $2.50 now they’re $3.50 and the regular transfers were 1-2 business days now it says 2-3 but on more than one occasion it has taken 6 days which is ridiculous. Do better

Horrible company
They turned off my instant advances because they made a mistake by 11$ more than was supposed to be given. So now I’m disabled on any advances until I get paid.

Could be better
I feel that this app should be better. They should be allowing us to get our check in our own bank account on payday. You have to wait till 11 o’clock the next day in order to see what you made the day before.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I was just told I have to wait for my paycheck to drop to even cancel my account because it will cause a delay. I don’t even know how that makes sense. I should be able to just cancel my account with no problems. It should never be a delay with nothing when it comes to my money. Do not use this app

Service doesn’t do what it advertises and FAQ and AI are trash
We switched from daily pay at my company and I think it was a mistake. Now it’s just funneling my paycheck into a different account. The option to get my paycheck early is non existent. Instant charged more per transaction than daily pay too for a worse service TheFAQ is unhelpful and the AI cannot resolve anything. I will likely delete this trash off my device soon

They said “at noon everyday after a shift they will send you cash to access “ A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!!! I haven’t seen anything today and I needed that money for an emergency. These people are trash, daily pay is way better I don’t understand how they even got a 4.5 stars , they need 1.5 !!!!! Unacceptable
