Horrible app, my work switched to instant pay from daily pay and it has only gone down hill from here. Instant pay is unreliable and money hungry i wouldn’t suggested this app unless you want a free headache.

Randomly logged me out of my account for no reason, now I can not get back in and I have to put in where I work and reconnect a card THAT IS ALREADY ON…

DailyPay was better hate that my job switched to this bs app there’s always a problem with me getting my offer and the support absolutely sucks
I really would give this app NO STARS if I could
As if it’s not already annoying that the app called “Instant Pay” isn’t really instant because you still have to wait til 1PM or the next day after your shift to get a offer, on top of that unlike DailyPay, the app that my employer forced us to switch from, instant financial gives you a time limit of when you can accept it which is 11PM. And now this week I didn’t receive my offer for all the days that I worked and when I tried to contact support I kept getting the same agent who took too long to answer questions and messages, didn’t really care about my issue, kept asking the same questions, and then kept ending the chat abruptly in the middle of me typing and tried to tell me that because they can see in their system that I was supposedly sent the offer that I received the offer when I didn’t and I know for a fact because I have the notifications turned on for whenever my offer is first made available and that notification was never received not one of the days that I worked this week. And she ended the chat on me twice after I sent her a screenshot proof that I in fact never received a offer because I checked it all day and no offer was at the top of the page like usual and if you check transfer history it’ll show the dates, amount, and when you transferred money. Overall this app is HORRIBLE and deserves a 0/5..0/10‼️‼️‼️‼️

No fraud protection
I noticed today that a $45 and separate $3 charge was charged to my instant account for Uber Eats. I’ve never bought from Uber Eats in my life btw so I knew that someone had stolen from me. I tried to bring this to the instant chat box but all it did was refer me to 3 separate articles that had nothing to do with disputing fraudulent charges. So I called the instant office and it took about 30 minutes to even get a hold of someone. I told her my name, my occupation, and the last 4 digits of my card number and she told me that the $45 dollar charge can’t be disputed because it was pending, so I basically had to wait for the thief to for sure steal my money in order to get my money back. And since the $3 charge was posted I would have to fill out a form and wait 90 days to get my $3 back. I hung up on her and decided to not waste my time. This app is a total scam and screws over people and if you’re using it please make sure to transfer all your money over to your credit/debit card.
