I don’t know why my employer switched from daily pay crazy fees just to get my check you can’t “instantly “ access your money after a shift like daily pay I hate this app
Bad experience
I did big mistake when I enroll with instant I changed my mind and I did try to stop and cancel enrollment oh my God, horrible customer service the app it piece of junk. I’ve been struggling since last week. just try to stop and enrollment. The app is not helpful and even when I contact them. it’s disgusting. Don’t even try. and waste your time.

If I can give no stars I Would
It’s such a scam they steal more money from your check then what they say they do I’ve been trying to cancel and go back to direct deposit for a month now with out accepting any “offers” and every time it says I owe a balance after speaking with their terrible customer service rep they told me I had a outstanding balance of $$$ and to wait till my check came the next day so it can repay it I did and now there’s another outstanding balance it’s almost like you need to pay a fee to stop using them DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst app ever !!!
Daily pay was way better I don’t know why we had to be apart of this change. Support is hardly available especially when something goes wrong. Money goes missing and can’t find out why and pops up days later. Last time they over drafted my card out of no where no explanation why?! And then stated couldn’t recieve daily pay for 2 days.
