Crashes
This app crashes all the time and is very slow at times and it’s not consistent. I don’t believe it was designed for agents that are actually producing and this app needs to be updated. I Work with seniors and whenever I use this app, there are issues they’re glitches there are malfunctions. I am astounded at this gets a four.

Not helpful
App is frozen every time I open it. Useless at this point.
Updates necessary
Please use push notifications for text messages. Clients wonder why we don’t receive them. Honestly, we don’t get notified. Then, in order to download, it downloads as an mp3 or mp4. Makes no sense. Please allow DSNP sorting for level of medicaid. Please also change the landscape features as others have suggested. Please include CMS Numbers in all plan names when sorting (missing many on humana). I have more suggestions but this is a good start.

Needs lots of improvements
I don’t like that it doesn’t change client stages regardless of how much information you add to profile. You can’t quote supplement plans, not all plans are available and not accurate information on formulary and provider networks. It’s alright if you don’t care to be organized. Only good feature is call recording.

Hard to use with an external keyboard
Medicarelink in the app goes to a web page for integrity login but it refuses my integrity login. Why does it not go to sunfire? It would help,if you could make the orientation to be allowed to change to landscape and back.
Wish landscape mode worked on an iPad!

App frequently crashes
Blind agent who uses voiceover. App frequently crashes when you’re in the middle of something & logs you out. Also have to log in to app every time you use it.
ALWAYS IN PORTRAIT MODE
Fix this issue!!!! On cell phone, the app loads correctly. On an IPad, the app loads in landscape mode so you have to rotate your device to use it without breaking your neck! This doesnt work well with iPads inside a keyboard case, its just very awkward and inefficient to use.
Good app. But no landscape orientation
The app seems very good. I’m a relatively new user but so far I like it except for one glaring issue; it won’t go to landscape when I rotate my iPad. So even though I have an external keyboard case I have to sit my iPad in vertical orientation to be able to use the app. Unless I’m missing something.

MedicareCENTER Even More Remote!
The layout is very simple to use. I love that you can see your numbers at a glance. I also love that in the swipe of a finger you can “check in” & have leads directed right to your phone number!
Please change the UI orientation
A vertical orientation is fine for a mobile phone. However, the iPad app is currently set with a vertical orientation as well, with no capability of changing it to a horizontal view so that I can use my keyboard. This makes the app useless in my eyes for the time being.
