Been using for awhile
Like this app for fastening timer and water log, but I don’t use it to log food. Found nutritional values are usually too generic and usually wrong. I use another app that has a way better nutritional library for foods. Scanning using their tool also never works so I had to hand-key foods in. That got old fast! Recipes are too high in carbs for my choices so don’t use that part of the app either.

Like this app a lot but adding food in diary through their food library is not good. The nutritional values are ALWAYS wrong. I use another app that has a way better nutritional library for foods. Scanning using their tool also never works so have to hand-key foods in. Only think I suggest is better food/nutrition library. Scanning using tool needs help.

Keeps me on track!
The free version has helped to keep me on track. The timers are great. The reminders are helpful. I’m too cheap to upgrade so I’m limited to the free features. They are sufficient. I would like to adjust the plan windows but for now I’ll do the math in my head.
