no place for fire service

i would not recommend this software for any fire or EMS agency. maybe it works great for law. the app is horrible to use. it's very time consuming to find information on shift coverage, relief, OT hole, personnel. i have found stationwise much more fire friendly

Stupid

The whole system sucks. Not user friendly. Hopefully your dept isn’t suckered into this dumpster fire like ours was. Majority of squads never even implemented because it’s such a hassle and doesn’t do what they promised.

worst program app ever

this is one of the worst programming software I have ever seen… I have previously used STATION WISE and found it literally 100 times easier to use than in time

I would not recommend this program for scheduling for anyone

Needs timecard approval

I really like the look and functionality of the app but we need the ability to approve time cards in the app and not have to use the desktop application.
