Do not waste your time with this absolute garbage app I feel like in 2025 you could make a pretty solid go at something and this is pathetic.

Absolutely garbage. Always going down in the middle of a call. Paper invoices are your friend with Intow mobile

Absolute garbage. Since the latest update it crashes every time I go to the notes tab. Total time waster.
Camera Footage
When taking pictures while on call. When you click “camera footage” it automatically faces you and doesn’t give you the option to face it towards the car.

I have been using this software for a very long time. The mobile app keeps getting better over time. Every software will have issues at times, it’s the service after the sale that matters. Dennis and Ted have always taken care of my issues right away. I recommend this to all my friends.
Near useless
For the last few weeks I can barely login. If I’m lucky enough to login then I can’t open my calls. I have to have my dispatch send me screenshots of the calls. Very annoying.

Why not move the trailer and truck # fields to the top of the list. Not al companies use the texting capability, so you’re forced to scroll all the way down to find the info you use the most. If you could do this, I may have actually have a happy holiday!

Could be better, constant issues! When we are in a hurry we expect the app to work as many times we need to respond asap!!! Do better!!!!
Can you make this app usable at all?
This app needs a massive overhaul. The interface is great, but it’s of no use to me when i can’t even access the calls i receive, which means i can’t reach my customer or get the vehicle information. What, am i supposed to show up to the address (which is the only valuable piece of info i can see until the app quits bugging) and pick a car at random? Fix this mess of an app.
