Vehicle maintenance

I reported vehicle maintenance in the app and even contacted Intoxilock via phone and when I went to pick up my vehicle my intoxilock was locked out!!! So apparently you aren’t allowed to have a vehicle malfunction!! Cost me an extra $120 to re activate and had to get a calibration for another $40 like bruh I took my car to a certified mechanic!!! You have pictures of them!!! Lock me out!! No!!! You owe me three months free!! They said nope it’s your fault!!

They are crooks and make a horrible product from windows 90 and expect people to understand it it is garbage and they are pirates looking for your booty. The lady is from a Middle East country doesn’t make any sense keeps saying silver side it doesn’t make sense then she gets rude
