Double charges
I got the device from them had to pay to get it installed like 300 bucks and then they charge you for some else install so you pay like 600 dollars and then they say you pay 2 times and month but they charge you like every 13 days and you have to get it calibrated before the 60 days if anyone knows of a better company let me know before I rip this out of my car

Horrible customer service
Payments don’t work, customer service doesn’t answer, will be on hold for 30+ minutes with no help. Horrible company.
Don’t get this! Get Lifesaver instead!
This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! The large Intoxalock breather will drain your car battery! The first 6 months I had to replace 3 car batteries at $225. Each! I finally found another company “Lifesaver” and they’re nationwide, cheaper, and the device doesn’t drain out your battery! Refuse Intoxalock and replace it with lifesaver, don’t get stuck with Intoxalock!!! Trust me!

Confusing
Total confusion trying to get basic information verified through app. Have called 5 (and counting) different times attempting to get information on this app verified with no luck.
They will steal your money and blame it on you
Any false reading is your fault. Their customer service representatives don’t care to accommodate you. You’d be better off with a different company that doesn’t take your money for false readings that are evidently false
They SUCK
If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing but trouble. App says lease not signed but it was signed over a month ago. And they bill you undisclosed fees triple what the sales rep tells you. And they take it out automatically even without agreeing to auto payments. Try calling them. Every rep will give different answers for the same issue. Clearly they are only here to take your money and nothing else. They do not care. Unfortunately your state requires this so you’re screwed beyond the court system.

Terrible company
This app is terrible just like the company, they only care about taking your money.
Vehicle maintenance
I reported vehicle maintenance in the app and even contacted Intoxilock via phone and when I went to pick up my vehicle my intoxilock was locked out!!! So apparently you aren’t allowed to have a vehicle malfunction!! Cost me an extra $120 to re activate and had to get a calibration for another $40 like bruh I took my car to a certified mechanic!!! You have pictures of them!!! Lock me out!! No!!! You owe me three months free!! They said nope it’s your fault!!

Crooks
They are crooks and make a horrible product from windows 90 and expect people to understand it it is garbage and they are pirates looking for your booty. The lady is from a Middle East country doesn’t make any sense keeps saying silver side it doesn’t make sense then she gets rude
WORST App
Intoxalock is such a horrible app, that I had to leave a review to make sure nobody goes through with the Intoxalock company. If i could go back in time i definitely wouldn’t be using Intoxalock or ever recommend this to anyone. Worst customer service, charged me extra fees even after i got a hold of customer service and communicated with Intoxalock they still charged me, never been more disappointed in something then i am with Intoxalock! So upset i wanna protest to deactivate this app. Seriously anytime somebody asks me i will ALWAYS mention that INTOXALOCK IS THE MOST ATROCIOUS APP!!!

You can’t get them to remove your device after your case is dismissed
I will not recommend going with these people they will not remove your device after your case is dismissed. they give you the runaround to keep on charging you. They keep on hassling you for the money after you remove it. I did not recommend going with these people. They still call me and I refuse to pay them I do not recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Worst app worst company
Customer service you’ll be on hold for hours they just hang up and transfer you around they literally have no clue what they’re doing
They are not good company they only treat you quickly when you are going to install the device then
I already finished the process in December and today to date they don’t want to help me remove the device I already have 4 months paying for something that I already fulfilled because they only care about charging they don’t provide a good service they are very few professionals they don’t provide you with good service and then you fulfill your time with the device they make it difficult for you and they come back and renew your contract for another year

Awful Company
Terrible customer service and app is completely useless
Scam company
They expect you to follow all obligations to a t, but then don’t fulfill their own obligations when needed to. And good luck talking to their nonexistent customer service. I’m sure I’m not the only one that will be filing a lawsuit against this company. Trust me when I say avoid them at all costs if you are forced to have an IID installed.
