Vehicle maintenance
I reported vehicle maintenance in the app and even contacted Intoxilock via phone and when I went to pick up my vehicle my intoxilock was locked out!!! So apparently you aren’t allowed to have a vehicle malfunction!! Cost me an extra $120 to re activate and had to get a calibration for another $40 like bruh I took my car to a certified mechanic!!! You have pictures of them!!! Lock me out!! No!!! You owe me three months free!! They said nope it’s your fault!!

They are crooks and make a horrible product from windows 90 and expect people to understand it it is garbage and they are pirates looking for your booty. The lady is from a Middle East country doesn’t make any sense keeps saying silver side it doesn’t make sense then she gets rude
WORST App
Intoxalock is such a horrible app, that I had to leave a review to make sure nobody goes through with the Intoxalock company. If i could go back in time i definitely wouldn’t be using Intoxalock or ever recommend this to anyone. Worst customer service, charged me extra fees even after i got a hold of customer service and communicated with Intoxalock they still charged me, never been more disappointed in something then i am with Intoxalock! So upset i wanna protest to deactivate this app. Seriously anytime somebody asks me i will ALWAYS mention that INTOXALOCK IS THE MOST ATROCIOUS APP!!!

You can’t get them to remove your device after your case is dismissed
I will not recommend going with these people they will not remove your device after your case is dismissed. they give you the runaround to keep on charging you. They keep on hassling you for the money after you remove it. I did not recommend going with these people. They still call me and I refuse to pay them I do not recommend these people to my worst enemy.

NO SIGNIN VERIFICATION EMAIL
Do not download!!!! Do not purchase through them!! They are just scam artists! I called twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes EACH TIME and they could not send me a verification email so I could login to my account. They have no support, no training, and I’m pretty sure at this point they are just scam artists. Disgusting.

I already finished the process in December and today to date they don’t want to help me remove the device I already have 4 months paying for something that I already fulfilled because they only care about charging they don’t provide a good service they are very few professionals they don’t provide you with good service and then you fulfill your time with the device they make it difficult for you and they come back and renew your contract for another year

They expect you to follow all obligations to a t, but then don’t fulfill their own obligations when needed to. And good luck talking to their nonexistent customer service. I’m sure I’m not the only one that will be filing a lawsuit against this company. Trust me when I say avoid them at all costs if you are forced to have an IID installed.

Servers Hacked
Servers were hacked and the service was/is completely down. Visiting a service center, I was told there was nothing they could do, and will be locked out of my vehicle like many others.
Can’t even login!
App is laggy unable to view my info or get into the app itself…
