IOS Version needs updated with same features as Android version
You need to make a change to the iOS version. The android version puts on the main screen at the top what work order you’re currently working in which makes it easier to go back to it. The iOS version you have to search around and remember exactly. Whereas the android version tells you you’re working in it and you can click on the link and go right back to it

Easy for my techs
Straightforward mobile app lets my techs focus on the work and not software. Driving directions, GPS, photos, prior site and equipment service history, signatures, mobile payments.
Dark mode broken
Cannot use the app if my iPhone is in dark display mode, the app uses black text with black background
Was good until the update
New updated doesn’t show work order or job name until you click on it. The app was pretty much perfect untill they updated. Please fix this new update.

The latest update is defaulting the app to a black background since I have my phone set to “Dark Mode”. However some of the text is hard or impossible to read

This new update is just such a poor design. You can’t see the time and date on the tickets anymore without opening every individual ticket.
Finally and Update
Finally an update that fixed the pictures to work orders however not being able to keep you’re phone on night mode and see anything is terrible and font sizes are way way smaller. Hope someone reads this review and fixes now these issues
Crashing
Crashes when you go to add photos from camera, hasn’t had an update in forever seems abandoned. We’re thing about switching to service titan

Need to attach pictures. App closes as soon as I try to attach. Need this fixed
Keeps kicking me out of app
For some reason lt will kick me out of the app when I try to add pictures, write what i did on the job and sometimes when I try to change job status. Please can someone show me a fix. Or update the app

Since the most recent iPhone update the app now crashes when uploading photos to a work order. This is an enormously important feature and it needs to be fixed immediately

Needs an overhaul to update to modern software. Now it’s crashing when trying to use camera under picture notes. Also crashes frequently when refreshing in a poor signal area. Interface is slow and not intuitive.
Poor Customer service
I have no idea what happened to corrigo, it's looks they're going to destroyed this software on purpose, believe or not! I'm not able to send anything through this app to customers who have yahoo, AOL and Gmail accounts. I called them maybe 25 times no one care about this issue and the customers, I'm so disappointed

Dumb
It’s just dumb that you can’t see attachments on a ticket in the field. You can only see them on a desktop. It’s just silly.
App needs to be updated!
This app has not been updated to work with the new iOS or iPhones. Extremely disappointed in the lack of development.

Add other techs?
Is there no way to edit work orders on the apple version? android version can do so much more..
Needs updating
Apple Maps will not auto navigate from Addresses it will only show a turn by turn. Also add a dark mode please.
Will not load
Just updated to iOS 13.2, and app will not load anymore just shuts down, have tried reloading app and resetting phone with no luck
needs more updates.
Works good overall needs bug fixes still have random crashes and emails take forever to send from the app also.
