Terrible
This is the worse cab hailing app I’ve ever used. Nothing about it is transparent. You wait 30mins or more for a driver who is supposed to be 1min away and if you cancel because 4 drivers already cancelled on you you get charged £4. Make it make sense
Needs many changes
Wrong info as in timings ect … all the time . Every time I try to order a taxi puts my home address as lane behind no matter how many times I sort it . Bring back people to answer phonecalls

Avoid at all costs
So unreliable. Taxis claim to have picked you up and will take anyone without checking. Do not use Apple or Google Pay as you will end up paying for someone elses taxi. Better off just walking home. Awful service
They’re lucky Uber doesn’t exist in inverclyde
Inverclyde taxis would go out of business overnight. An app made by monkeys. Doesn’t work at all.
Learned my lesson
Never use your card on the app drivers never ask for the name on your booking and you will lose out on money
Beware!
I booked a taxi on here a day in advance for an early morning pick up and got my receipt with the correct date and time on the app. No taxi appeared so I called and was told that “it doesn’t work like that- I should have phoned to book.” No point in having a pre-booking service if you have to call anyway!

Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app entered my number and nothing - no registration code ever sent. Tried multiple times. It’s a pain because you spend a good minute when you call for a taxi listening to an auto message telling you to download an app that doesn’t work
Great App, Easy to Use, Fast Service
Very happy with this app for booking taxis. Service is really fast.
Drivers take the correct passengers who phoned
Unfortunately I had the misfortune of having to call your taxi firm in Greenock, which I think is the only one, regardless of that despite the drivers having my name they twice let in young short skirted females, not once did they check who they were picking up, when I phoned again to complain the operator for your firm told me to walk up to the West Station taxi rank in the pouring rain because there was plenty of Taxi’s there I refused, 30-45 mins later a taxi finally picked me up & what a surprise the driver was female, I dare say if she was another male driver I would’ve had to phone again or walk, I can’t do walking because I have a serious lung disease, I hope you can have a word with your male drivers so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else again, the last laugh was I was getting dropped off in Greenock but the last one out was going to Kilmalcolm
