App doesn’t calculate

Really prompt service and app is handy for pre-booking but be warned that it doesn’t include any tariffs in its estimate other than the day rate - booked at 11:55pm, it said maximum £43, assumed it would have calculated the time and rates but actually it was £65 and apparently we were the ones who should have known the price quoted would be wrong.

Booked on app and said 5 minutes in app for 20 mins, called them them the be told not taking bookings. Why did the app not say this??
