It works and you can manage most things most of the time. Sometimes you have to restart the app. Not as good as Coutts or high street bank apps.

Appalling app - would give 0 stars if I could
Moving my savings due to an app that never works. Constantly displays “unable to get your details from the UK banking system” when I log in.
Not user friendly
No problem logging onto my savings account online but impossible to log on using the app despite correct ID / password. Tried deleting app and re-installing to no avail.
Password Reset
Re Update; Gone back to Stone Age. Can’t get an automatic password reset. Seems I have to telephone. Useless upgrade. Get it sorted and soon
Poor UI/UX
Very clunky, needs to be slimmed down, doesn’t scream private banking. Please also develop Apple Pay.

Why is this not suitable for the fixed rate savings ? this question was asked a year ago, and the answer was not satisfactory. WHY not??

Broken face-ID and unable to login
Face-ID not working. App now not loading even though I’m in the UK.
About 10 years behind
Cannot view certain accounts on the app, you can only view them on a web browser. In 2023 you can’t use an app to view your saving account, crazy!
Limited functionality and poor support
The title says it all really it works most of the time. Don’t expect great support. For instance if you got for foot password it states supplier is available 24/7 - what they actually mean in office hours. Opened a savings account and now my pension log on no longer works
Hopeless App
No stars…not even one! Click on app on iPad. Blank screen appears. Logging in with mobile phone confirmation works ok, but not via app on iPad.
Useless
What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t support all types of accounts? (I.e. savings, fixed rate bond) 🤷♀️

App doesn’t reflect fixed rate saver 1yr term accounts. Poor.
Can’t even log in - web page works perfectly however
3 months later and app updates and digital account users still can’t use the app… is it 2022?

Doesn’t work
The App doesn’t work for me on iphone12. Using login details that work fine on the web app it just says details entered incorrectly and threatens to lock account after 3 failed attempts! 😡
New savings accounts dont show up in this app
The app still claims to be for all investec accounts but i dont belive new accounts eg latest fixed rate show up? Is this being fixed?, If not then surely the description is a misrepresentation?

Inadequate testing
I have been compelled to switch to the Investec UK app. as the previous version no longer supports Investec UK Voyage account holders. Unfortunately the app. has been inadequately tested.
1. Post-installation registration is not possible if an Apple keyboard is connected. A 6 digit code is sent to the users mobile but you cannot enter this into the appropriate blocks on the iPad screen. You need to ensure that the on-screen keyboard is used from the very first "Enter your Investec ID" page. Note that I also hard-booted post installation (not just a restart) to get this to work but cannot confirm whether the reboot is a required step or not.
2. Poor proof reading. The splash screen that appears after electing to postpone enabling of location tracking for added security has a typographic error in the header. "The word "header", clearly added by a developer for a UX person to edit later has been left in place when it should have been overwritten.
I have not evaluated further, but this release needs to be fixed Investec.

Ok but limited
The App is basically sound and stable but there is one process that is frustrating to use - making a transfer to an external account. I often transfer funds to my UK bank account but every transfer I have to remember and manually enter the sort code and account number. There seems to be no way to store the details of a linked account that can be selected on an external transfer. I have tried a few times to use the Feedback option in the App but that doesn’t work!

Not good, especially on iPad
On an iPad it doesn’t switch to a sideways view, so can’t be used with the Apple Magic keyboard.
The UK app works .... but is the same as the Global version so why change are we told we have to change to the UK version?!
There is no ‘Menu’. Got an email to say I can look at my Statement by going to the ‘Menu’ at the top right hand side of the screen ..... but there is no ‘Menu’ or ‘Statements and documents’ anywhere!!
