Constant errors
New error with tracking cookies, unable to select what I want to allow. Only option is accept all or bomb out and upset app ( I am not going to accept all tracking). Please sort this out.
Generally good, but Please sort out endless login issues, which continue to get worse. Really frustrating! Could do with additional money market options as no interest paid. Would be better if not limited to trading once in a day, and being able to charge/cancel an individual trade without cancelling everything scheduled. Better information on gains/losses on total account and on individual sipp & isa portfolios.

Excellent app, but poor service and atrocious login experience
One of the easiest and cheapest ways to invest in ETFs, app layout and features are great and they do an excellent job at balancing flexibility without exceeding jargon. Unfortunately, the UX is made much worse for the atrocious design of their mandatory 2FA and poor support around it. Their 2FA texts and emails have a habit of not arriving on certain days, and they have strict lockout rules, meaning you are quite likely to lock yourself out of your account for a few days at a time before human support fixes it for you over email.

Really slow withdrawals
Selling is REALLY slow, sell requests complete at the end of the day but then there’s a two wait before you can submit a withdrawal request and then 2 days to actually get the money, ….what? Why? Ok this would be fine if there weren’t plenty of other brokers offering fee free investing, but come on, nearly a week after submitting a sell request to actually get the money is 2026 is crazy. Compare this with trading212 instant sell, buy, transfer and withdraw all fee free, you’d be crazy to not use this instead. Would not recommend using for this reason.

No Aggregated Performance History
App is missing a vital feature: Aggregated Performance History. The app needs a 'Total Balance' graph that tracks growth across ALL portfolios combined (ex. ISA, GIA of different investment growth risks) over 1W, 1M, and 1Y periods. Currently, you can only see this data for individual profile, which makes tracking total net worth and % difficult. Please kindly add this!

Good but frustrating
Platform is good, but app is seriously flaky and needs improvement. Some problems with account not loading correctly when logging in, so no account details available, loging in again usually fixes it, but sometimes problems persist. Secure messaging is needed, customer support is good, but secure messaging from within app would be great. It would also be great if having set up several transactions on my isa it was possible to amend one without having to delete them all and start again.

The graphs are so slow
The app is alright and I love its ETFs only and SIPP but I find it frustrating how slow the graph loads up on this app. It’s soooo slow. Also it would’ve good to have a watchlist where we can save things we’re on the look out for. I do love the fraction investing on it though, it was the main draw for me.

Won’t update the status so my other provider can allocate funds - feels like they’re just trying to keep the money.

I’ve used a few providers, but these guys have it sussed. Zero commission platform, great user interface, loads of investing options. Moved to these from vanguard, and never looked back.

Glad I came across this app. I was researching the best platform to invest into VWRP. Very useful for a set and forget approach. Do you know what, not that anyone cares but I just don’t like the logo sorry.

For a retired novice,the app is not so friendly.and finding it difficult to navigate without human interaction.
Customer support non existent
I setup an account but needed to cancel it due to a confusion with how the UI allocates funds. Support said they would do it, 17 days ago. Since then I’ve had 26 emails back and forth and it still hasn’t been actioned. Their support says most issues dealt with within 4hrs, but almost three weeks is crazy. They are unusable as a result sadly.

Good platform and app
Started using Invest engine 1 year ago and it has been good so far. Yes, sale and buying of stocks is restricted to before 2pm work days but that is no issue for me. I have also received bonus from referrals which I think it’s a good thing Invest engine provides.

Comparison of funds
Not easy to compare the performance of funds and I have to go to other websites to see a side by side comparison. Also it isn’t clear why some etfs are not available.
