Terrible and very glitchy
Wasting a lot of time trying to exit and restart it to finish activation. It keeps crashing and kicking me out.

The app was intuitive to use and the directions were easy to follow. The barcode scanning was a nice feature, too!
Good luck accessing your results
I completed genetics testing and counseling through a university medical center. Invitee sent me multiple emails that I could access my results. When I sign into the website, a message appears stating I have to test on file, or to call to confirm my identity. When I call, I’m on the line for 20 minutes with scratchy music before a message tells me to leave my info and they’ll call back. They never do. If you have a choice, and want to have a personal copy of your results, use another company.

Nice App
App works well and looks nice! It was easy to scan my test kit and get updates.
4/5 stars because the app did not provide complete instructions for providing the sample. They are in the box. Instructions on the app only lasted for the first few steps. It’s not complicated, but a complete walkthrough on the app would make the process quicker.

Is anybody else’s app working?
Luckily their website works, but the app is just stuck on the Home Screen and won’t even let me log In. Please fix this
App is nothing like the preview
Is the app not ready / functional yet? I log in to it and it’s nothing like the image preview on the App Store. There is no where to navigate to, no account features, no documents or tests listed, nothing from the online portal is contained in the app at all… it is sitting at a “Home Screen” and there is nothing else to see in this app.
