This app is wonderful, it makes invoices and can email them, It’s easy to use, it’s what all software should aspire to be.

Lost all data
I lost all my data and account info when having a cloud issue. This should be stored on my computer - not the cloud.
The program I have always wanted
Thank you, I had to replace my Apple laptop due to a terrible storm hitting my laptop. I now have a new Mac Mini (that I really love) and I tune pianos out in the field with an iPad. With your quick response, I am now able to print with either computer. Since switching my office from paper to computer 23 years ago, I have had two programs, then this power surge from the bad storm; had to find another one as what I was using is no longer supported. So I tried a new program this last month, but ran into some issues that was a big problem as it was an online program. Was sluggish and I want my stuff saved to apple cloud (not their cloud), and It did not synch well between my two systems. Have entered a month of files into your program and some emailing, and entered some expenses. It is everything I wanted - simple invoicing, expenses record, estimates, and an easy client system. Honestly this appears to be the best I have used.

This has been going great so far! I’m wondering if it is possible to make a receipt balance negative to show a return/refund and not a payment that is due yet? Thanks!

Hi, this app does not provide payment facilities. You have to collect the payment through a trusted payment method such as bank transfer or a trusted payments-related service/app.

This simple yet well thought-out invoicing app is a welcome addition to those of us who are seeking alternatives to services that may soon be subject to US tariffs. Developer clearly cares about their product and responds directly. Recommended.

Estoy buscando una app fácil para facturas para clientes pequeños, esta en inicio funciona, pero no tiene opción de cambio de idioma a español. Si tuviera esta opción la usaría sin ningún problema, es fácil y es sencilla.
Lite and easy
Perfect for easily sending quotes and invoices! Change a quote/estimate to invoice with just a press. I’ve tried all the big names in invoicing/accounting over the years and they are heavy, finicky and to limiting compared to this hidden gem of a app!

Lots of apps out there but I was looking for something that was super simple and easy to create invoices and estimates . This is the one!

Love the app...
Love the app but it needs an update for typing in the amount. It won't type in the amount correctly and I have to do it multiple times for it to show up.
This is PERFECT.

Great App but could use more features.
I started a small business and I for while I was just using Word to make my own invoices. Then I ran across this app and decided to give it go. I have the full paid version now and wow Has this made invoicing a game changer for me. I really like the ability to invoice and mark as paid. I like the ability to add expenses as well. However a few feature I would love to see. 1 is the ability with a customer add the mileage to that customer job site. As one customer has multiple locations that I goto each week. So tracking the mileage per location would be awesome. Along with tracking mileage it would be awesome if I could add the cost per mile. 2. Would like to see something like gains and loss, that looks at my expense vs my paid invoices and see a chart bar graph or pie chart like I see in expenses. 3. The formate of customer and how they look on the invoice needs some work. If I use the date and zip boxes the formate is all jacked up. So as a work around I just add the address in the top two lines to get it to look right on the invoice. 4. Would be nice if I could have a reoccurring note at the bottom of the invoice that has a few lines that says thank you for your business rather than having to manually add my custom note each time. 5. Under business details I have a similar format issue. To get my business info to look like I want on my invoice I have to use the 1st line and zip, which in zip box i have to have my city state and zip in that line. If I use the boxes for city and state then it gets all jacked up on my invoice. 6. Would be nice to have a feature to allow me to send the invoice to multiple people rather than just one person. I tried putting a comma after an email address and then add the next email address but it seems to only goto the 1st person. 7. There is a bug or something for this app on the Macbook. It crashes each time it is opened for the 1st time. then it opens fine. My iphone and macbook sync fine. Just the first use or open of the app on the macbook it crashes. I am running Ventura 13.3.1. Out side of this I am truly liking this app and definitely recommend it to others.
