Terrible support
Expensive for what it is.. I used it for a few years but it has issues and their support is basically non existent. It ended up being too frustrating to continue with.
Locked out and no service
I've used this app and online service for 10 years and now suddenly I am locked out and cannot get a hold of customer service for three days. It has all of my data on my business with all of my customer information. I pay the monthly fee of $30 and I'm going to dispute that this month since I can't get a hold of anyone. They haven't fixed the problem. No one has gotten back to me and I have seen other reviews similar to this one as well. also there is no phone number for you to reach anyone if there is a problem and no chat online to talk to someone. I highly recommend you use QuickBooks instead of this service to save yourself a nightmare.

App does not work
I pointed this out some months ago to them and they were not particularly interested.
Poor communication and constant errors
I’m not usually one to write a review but this app always has problems sending out invoices, constant error messages and clients not receiving invoices. To make matters worse when you try to investigate the problem you don’t hear from them for a week or two…they just don’t care but are happy to collect your $ every month….rest assured they will collect your subscription money asap but have no care that your cash flow is getting hit because of their buggy software.
