Terrible support
Expensive for what it is.. I used it for a few years but it has issues and their support is basically non existent. It ended up being too frustrating to continue with.
Locked out and no service
I've used this app and online service for 10 years and now suddenly I am locked out and cannot get a hold of customer service for three days. It has all of my data on my business with all of my customer information. I pay the monthly fee of $30 and I'm going to dispute that this month since I can't get a hold of anyone. They haven't fixed the problem. No one has gotten back to me and I have seen other reviews similar to this one as well. also there is no phone number for you to reach anyone if there is a problem and no chat online to talk to someone. I highly recommend you use QuickBooks instead of this service to save yourself a nightmare.

App does not work
I pointed this out some months ago to them and they were not particularly interested.
Poor communication and constant errors
I’m not usually one to write a review but this app always has problems sending out invoices, constant error messages and clients not receiving invoices. To make matters worse when you try to investigate the problem you don’t hear from them for a week or two…they just don’t care but are happy to collect your $ every month….rest assured they will collect your subscription money asap but have no care that your cash flow is getting hit because of their buggy software.

Great Invoice Service
I have been using Invoicely for my company and it is so simple to use. It is very user-friendly and has all the functions you need to create an invoice. I like that it has the ability to send the invoice through the site to the customer and you can also send a payment receipt once the invoice is received. You also can have a PDF sent of the invoice and a blind copy of the invoice emailed to yourself so that you have copies for yourself. I like that it also has different sections for paid and unpaid invoices that you can tab through. I am very happy with this program!

Actually free to use, does what you need it to!
After downloading countless apps looking for a free basic invoicing app to use for my small business, finally Invoicely helped me to get started. The free version allows a sole trader to do precisely what they need to: load some product rates, generate clean and simple invoices, and send them to your clients. It even allows you to differentiate between paid and unpaid invoices, send reminders, and more. I’d be interested to try the paid version particularly if my freelancing business grows. I’ve had no issues so far other than trying to log in on my phone - but I’ve contacted support about this, and can still use it on my computer without any problems! Would recommend to other small business owners!

I recently became a Sole Trader and this app has helped give me confidence in invoicing. The interface and templates are easy to use and helps keep my business looking profrssional - particualry when im not skilled in this area!

Great for small business and very user friendly
Invoicely is a great app!!! I used it about 5 years ago when I started my first business and it was easy to use and very user friendly. The best part of it is that it’s not filled with ads and excessive watermarks making the free version frustrating and pointless.
The app and website integrate seamlessly with one another. The only con that I have is the payment options. My clients don’t use PayPal or the other supported payment options supported but Invoicely, but it’s a simple fix. I just provide a note about payment in the “notes” section of my invoice.

Excellent for Small Businesses
I fell upon invoicely after setting up my new company and needed an invoice app to keep on top of everything whilst also providing a professional feel for the invoices that are sent out.
Super easy to set up and use I am enjoying finding new features constantly to improve my efficiency and utilise the app better.
The only point to add that could be better is that it is far better to use when on a computer. Whilst the app is good it doesn’t seem to have the same features and usability that the dashboard does.
Nonetheless I would still happily recommend both!
