Screen flickering and live video streaming not working
Live streaming section screen flickers while changing mobile orientation and live streaming is also not working. Screen stays black after selecting the classroom and does not load live video stream.

Helpful app, keeps track of your dear one and if there are technical glitch or issues staff responds beforehand and resolves the issue within provided time frame
Cctv issue still persists
The cctv screen shows blank to me even after the latest update. I am not sure what the development team fixed.
Live video stream doesn’t work without re-login
The live video stream auth token times out and i have to logout-login to the app again to view it the next day. Kid is going to school everyday this additional step is not needed and easily fixable and will solve a huge hassle. Pls update the app.
