Unable to raise a complaint since last few days.. its stuck on loading

Functional but buggy

The app works to see the bill amount and related information. It also allows to submit complaints/requests.
The buggy part is that scrolling doesn’t work in outages tab. If the list of power outages area is bigger than the screen, I can’t scroll down to see everything. Fixing this would be great.

If would also be good if the app could send a notification a day before a planned outage in my area, specially the monthly maintenance ones, and also list the days/time for outages. Right now none of this information is available.

Not opening on iPhone 14

App installed properly and till OTP working fine but do not show next page. The screen remains blank even after 30 min. waiting.

Raising a complaint but never works

Whenever we try to raise a complaint, it never works. It shows processing but nothing after that. Would be great if you first upgrade app.
