why the confirmation notification disappears and whether there’s a way to access the “Reached Confirmation” from within the app after the notification is missed? It would be helpful if the confirmation option remained available in the app until the user explicitly confirms their arrival.

Also I believe the app should introduce a No Show option to inform the driver if you are unable to join the ride after the scheduled time. While company policies make it difficult to cancel scheduled trips, there is no way to inform the driver in such cases other than calling them and informing them that you will not be able to make it.

Location and Date not editable
There is no option to edit the location. I’m not the permanent resident so my location is not fixed. There should be an option to select/edit/update the pickup/drop location.
Also, if the shift is going to end on next day and due to an emergency situation the employee wants to end the shift early (Today - 1) or the shift is going to extend (Today + 1) due to project deliverables there is no option to edit the date (Today - 1) and (Today + 1). Hope that makes sense.

There is a bug in your app
On a weekend, if I try to book for a few days in the coming week, the current day is selected and can’t be deselected, thus failing to show schedule for the entire week because weekend is included. Pls fix this, unable to book due to this issue.

Not mature enough
I don’t think the app is mature enough.
Problem 1: Clubbing doesn’t take into account the route, resulting in inefficient path especially for those are to be dropped at end
2. The app does not update on its own. It’s a big problem if the vehicle is changed, but doesn’t update in the app automatically.
