Screen flickering and live video streaming not working
Live streaming section screen flickers while changing mobile orientation and live streaming is also not working. Screen stays black after selecting the classroom and does not load live video stream.

Helpful app, keeps track of your dear one and if there are technical glitch or issues staff responds beforehand and resolves the issue within provided time frame
Cctv issue still persists
The cctv screen shows blank to me even after the latest update. I am not sure what the development team fixed.
Live video stream doesn’t work without re-login
The live video stream auth token times out and i have to logout-login to the app again to view it the next day. Kid is going to school everyday this additional step is not needed and easily fixable and will solve a huge hassle. Pls update the app.
Doesn’t work most times!
It is so frustrating to work with this app. It has a mind of its own and works when it wants to. How the hell are you supposed to track your child’s details if this simply doesn’t work?
Streaming and Download features feel like they are from 1999
Cannot zoom into the video to check your kid. Cannot download images easily. Need to open in browser then download. Reported this too many times, in 6 months.

Kavita mam, the best toddler teacher in the Footprints DLF Phase 4 branch. She has been very much interested in my child Shreenika since day 1. She is the second person after me with whom my child can spend hours blindly, and it means a lot, as she has really given that love & warmth to every toddler she has in the class. She has been dedicated not only to my child; I have observed her committed to each and every child in her care. She gave us that confidence in the initial few months that I decided to put my child in for the extended period. She is regular in sharing Shreenika's report and feedback and very approachable. She makes you feel really comfortable in any given scenario. Loved the school totally.

Needs to actually work on the app
App really needs updates
Camera function is waste u cannot even focus or enlarge n see if u have to check on ur child ..
half the time app is not updating info regarding g child or food or any important msg

Photo view issue
Unable to view photos. Notifications are also delayed
Pictures are shown blank
After the update when I am trying to see pictures on childtimeline it goes blank

Need better design and features
It’s too cumbersome to login now through OTP, earlier version via PIN was better, also after update food menu and images of child section is not working properly, in CCTV screen no proper zoom in and zoom out option is available. Kindly fix the above issues.

This app is pathetic and new otp based login ask user to login every time parent wants to see live feed or want to use this app for any of provided feature
Login Hassle
The new OTP based login has made accessing the app by both parents very clunky and difficult. If the parent whose phone number is not registered tries to login, they have to depend on the other parent to share the OTP.
Can we not have an option to have either OTP or password (which can be saved) which reduces the dependence.
The older system of logging was far more easier.

Not user friendly
The organisers are from iit but the app is pathetic. Most of the times the camera is not working or some other issues .

Not able to save photos
It shows image downloaded successfully but it doesn't save it anywhere in the photos gallery or files. A very basic bug among others that should be fixed immediately.
Needs better information design and UX
The app can do with so much better design. A big usage is the video streaming. If the concerned class is at the bottom one cannot even scroll down beyond the small sliver of what is visible and has to tap that teeny tiny space to be able to open up the video. It’s like there is no user testing done which is so crucial for apps. Mine is an iPhone 13 and is a standard smartphone screen size.
The menu UI component on the left takes us to so many options which is overwhelming. Possibly content labelling needs to be rethought of because I end up looking for standard things every time I need to look at something that is not a daily notification or a video.
When a video is maximised it does not cover all or most of the screen and there is a huge border space around even in landscape mode. There are so many video players today. This is should actually fall under standard video playing experience.
For a company that was founded by tech institute folks the app needs to be way better.

Too many issues
Been over an year since I am using this and still no improvement in the app. Doesn’t work as desired and need to keep closing the app and restart it.

Unable to access
Unable to access the app on iphone. The app worked well for 2 days (had minor issues) but since the past 2 weeks, have not been able to access the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but all in vain.
