I tried to use this app Every time I tried to schedule a parking session for the next day, it kept reverting to current day and time and charged my credit card When I tried to cancel the session because I was trying to schedule it for a future day and time, it said it could not be canceled because it was within a half hour of the scheduled time then when I was finally able to schedule a future parking session, when I parked and went to actually pay for my car, the QR code did not work and I ended up having to use my credit card to pay for the session. So my credit card got charged twice for nothing and now I have to try to fight them to get the refunds I am deleting this app and never using it again

Inconsistent and Garages Don’t Honor Reservaions
This apps utility has diminished over time. It is not longer possible to add your parking pass to your digital wallet, the QR code issued in the app when making a reservation does not work at the Ipark garage; this means that you must have access to your email or cell service in the garage to access the parking pass or remember to screenshot it before arriving to pick up your vehicle. The most inconvenient element of the Ipark experience is not the app though. I have now taken to booking two different garages in close proximity because there is a high likelihood that after paying money for a reservation, you will arrive to the garage and be waved away by the attendant because there is no more space. Some attendants are particularly rude and when you then decline to tip on account of the rudeness, they become entitled and may even make jokes or make a point to post a handwritten sign expressing a desire for tips at your subsequent arrivals. Be prepared to have to email corporate to ask for refunds due to full garages regularly. I have used Ipark for about 5 years and continue to only because they at least don’t return your cars with damage (knock on wood). I also hardly ever leave poor reviews; I love giving great businesses their props but the decrease in customer consideration since the pandemic warrants a transparent take.

This app is a scam I paid 500$ for 14 days I made a reservation and when I went to get my car they told me I had an unpaid balance of extra 150$ it’s a SCAM look else where

This would be fine except when I put the correct car into the app it told me that it would only be $20. I’ve contacted the company and I will let you know the outcome and change my rating appropriately if it applies.

I would use the app but it never works to reserve a spot. It'll say "processing..." But nothing ever completes. So I always have to resort to the website to reserve my parking.

The lack of intuitiveness is nauseating.
The amount of time wasted via app, better off using web and even that is subpar. I won’t waste my time with all the flaws. Save your time and use a competitors app, like SH or PW.

App saved us
Came to visit family for the holidays and this app saved us find parking when it was impossible to find anything on the street. Great service from the valet people too!
Oversize charges on small SUV
Although the website says over 182” is Oversize, they charged the 182” long RAV4 as oversized.
Beware. (This is the first and so far only time I have ever been charged like this in NYC and I park there often)

Trash app and service.
The app stinks and the service stinks. First, if you try to make a reservation from a “Favorite” garage, it won’t work. It just gets hung up at”processing…”. As for the service, don’t be surprised if you get to the garage and they refuse you, despite your reservation. It’s happened to me at a third of the locations I’ve tried. And good luck getting a response to an email. Phone them? You’ll have to leave a message. I’m in Manhattan and I’ve used Spot Hero and never had an issue. They’ll be my first choice.

Great app, love the rewards
I park in the city frequently and have found the iPark app to be very helpful, particularly as iPark garages are everywhere. It’s super easy to find garages and make a reservation, and I love that I can earn points for reservations. Would recommend.

This makes parking in NYC super easy. I had used iPark before the app on their website and used to struggle a little bit, but the new version and app makes it way easier to locate parking and pay. Super convenient and better than all the others in my opinion. Great job!!!!
