App hasn’t been working for a few weeks need to login via browser to add money for school meals.

This app is so bad it never shows any info just hangs there and I have to log on on a computer to see any information

App just spins, doesn’t work at all anymore.
And the auto top up is unreliable. My daughter tried to buy lunch today but had no balance despite auto top being enabled. Only after she tried to buy lunch I got a notification saying auto top up had taken payment but it was too late then. Not good, she went hungry!

Issues with website and app
I have been having the same problem with both website and app. Where am unable to see the hot food options available on at least two/three days in the week for my son. Therefore unable to book these meals for him. Making it very annoying for ordering his school meals weekly. I am having to go into school and book the meals via their system. This has been happening for months now and school have emailed you about this issue and it’s still not resolved.
I have checked with other parents and they aren’t having issues so it very strange that my login is.
I have logged in on multiple devices and via website and app. I get the same issue
Tuesday & Wednesday no hot food option (just the usual baked potato/baguettes)
Which my son isn’t keen on eating.
Please can you fix this issue

Spinning wheel of doom
Doesn’t work. Login loads then goes to a spinning wheel. School chase payments that are impossible to make.
Slow
Slow for confirming payment top ups have been accepted. Long winded process for signing in.

Frustrating App that always hangs.
Can’t get the app to load
Trying to load the app so I can pay for something and not for the first time, the app just keeps showing the circle of doom. I dread having to use it because this is how it is most times.
Overly complex, terrible menus etc but not much choice but to still use it.
The whole app look and usability is so annoying and badly designed. It rarely works (spinning disc!) and when it does the menus and process just to order some daily 27p milk for my kid is like the app was designed by someone in her class…or a chimp! When I see the email from school saying it’s time to pay for milk I shudder at the thought of opening this terrible app and trying to recall how on earth to get to the right page! Times have moved on, it doesn’t have to be like this and look like a website from the 2003! Just make the menus and hierarchy of pages logical for humans…please.

One of the very last apps in the world to still use usernames for login. Painful.

It’s constantly thinking, circle goes around around and nothing seems to happen. I have to always go through Webb. Can you please fix it?

App has far less functionality than the website - details of spend is not available, you can’t see preordered food for the coming week on the Sunday and if you want to add funds, it transfers you to the website. Stick with the website if you want to see everything.
Rubbish!
Have updated but cannot get into app. Just spooling… no idea if there is enough money for lunch today 😡
