Would NOT recommend
This works about 50% of the time. The call quality is terrible, the app freezes and you have to reboot your entire phone. It is making our business look unprofessional and I don’t even use it , especially to call out. I just use my phone so I can actually hear the other person. Waste of money.
Compatibility problems with new iPhones
This app worked well on my old iPhone but seems to display compatibility problems with the new iPhone 13 pro max. Problems contacting and connecting with the pabx. No updates done since 2020 and a few iphones have been issued since. Disappointing for a business phone app that it’s not kept up to date. If it is something else happy to revise my review but some help would be nice and all anyone can tell me is it’s touchy and you need to keep installing, deleting the app, reinstalling and try again.

Good app but impossible to rotate the screen on iPad
Dear Sirs, Could you please improve the app in order to allow the screen rotation on iPad? This possibility would be very helpful as you usually your iPad mainly in horizontal way on the screen and not in a vertical one.

No update for 7 months?? Hmmm
We have Had this solution now for 3 weeks and when it works it works well but often the app just freezes and can’t be closed.
Have to reboot phone and sometimes even hard reset just to get the app to work again.
Came back to the store looking for an update and disappointed to see the developer hasn’t done any updates for 7 months. This is a bit concerning considering how many of our staff are having problems.
