Still Trash

This app is still trash. Whatever updates you are doing aren’t helping and the iPostal website is no better. And it’s not just me. My customers are complaining about it also.

Atrocious App

Kicks me out in the middle of uploads, clients complain they can’t see their uploaded mail. Too many clicks to get to 1 item. This app feels cluttered with a lot of fluff.

Constant problems with this app. everyday there’s a new bug. do not waste your time or money with ipostal. Any other program is preferable over this garbage.

Avoid if you can

It’s so glitchy, I’m constantly logged out and often have to delete the app and reinstall it to even get it to work. Not to mention iPostal is not very helpful and often doesn’t respond to my requests as a mailing center. There’s a reason they get such poor ratings, unfortunately it’s deserved. Disappointing

Still hangs on startup

App continues to get worse

I left a review previously about how the app would randomly log you out in the middle of uploading mail, even minutes after logging in. Today I go to upload mail and I can’t even get to the log in page. It’s stuck on the USZoom logo and won’t move from there.

So, updated the app this morning when I opened it to create a pickup request. That went fine. Now, I’m trying to upload mail and the app won’t even open. It doesn’t give me the login screen. Just sits on US Zoom Utility. I’ve closed the window, restarted my phone, nothing works. FIX THIS TRASH OF AN APP!

Very Frustrated

Bad bad, keep shutting down and logging me out of the app. And move so slow when processing. I know it’s not my device because it happens on 3 different devices I have.

Not good

All the updates and the app still can’t save the login info. It’s extremely inconvenient to enter that info every time to use the app

This app sucks. It’s very glitchy and it closes suddenly right in the middle of trying to upload mail. It’s also very slow. This has been happening for awhile now so new updates are not fixing the problem.

Unusable

The app no longer works like it used to. Constantly crashing when trying to log in, look box holders up or every other task. Will go through a whole scan task and then error out during submission which erases ALL of the photos just taken. It’s making us look bad since we can’t do tasks on time.

Disappointed

Just like the other reviews, I’ve been experiencing multiple of the same bugs. I normally do not make reviews, but I can’t believe how bad the app is working now. Never saves the login(have to login in every time and sometimes in between tasks), sometimes the app will just freeze out of a task(notably scans), and searching for a mailbox client name takes considerably longer than it used to. Please Fix!

TERRIBLE APP

This app used to be really good and very efficient, and suddenly it's a total mess. It kicks me out of the app when I'm entering emails or packages; it's incredibly stressful. Fix this!!!

A lot of bugs

Since the last update it will log me out of the app randomly, even in the middle of uploading mail. Also when searching for recipients I often have to hit search multiple times because it will still display the previous mailbox I looked up. This makes it easy to accidentally assign mail to the wrong recipient.

Uploading Problem

When you insert mail it takes forever to load and then stays on the last mailbox number you uploaded to.

Takes twice as long to upload mail

When you type in the box number it sticks on the last box number and you have to hit enter multiple times to get the next customer to show up… major inconvenience, please fix!!!
