Horrible UI Design
Whoever was in charge designing the app should be fired. It is not customer friendly at all
If I could give a zero I would
Every single time when I have to pay through FPX, it’ll always say that there’s an error occurred. And I couldn’t even open my iRakyat app. It kept on saying that there’s a problem with my internet when my internet/ mobile data is completely fine. It’s so frustrating. I have to pay for stuff and yet I can’t because my app doesn’t work and I can’t login to my account through FPX. When I tried hours later, only then I can. This boils my blood so much because at the time, I wanted to pay for my flight ticket back home and there’s a time limit but I couldn’t do so because of this stupid issue. Do better please. It’s 2025.

Always a problem when to tap on secure TAC. Loading all the time. You should learn from CIMB and Maybank how to have a good mobile banking apps.
