SO Not user friendly
Can you guys actually go and use this app for transaction and etc. Is it user friendly to you? Why cant i go to home after making a transaction? Why i need to choose other button then can i go home to do a different transaction. Why everytime i want to do another transaction i need to log in again? Please look at your app. And use it. There is no improvement at all since i first time download it

No dropdown button on homepage
I currently used iphone to register/open account for my kids but sadly there is no dropdown button. It’s kinda useless apps. Have you tested the apps functionalities?uninstalled it!
Not a friendly user
I would like to log in for the first time user but I need to register first. Unfortunately during a time to receive TAC number, I was waiting about 5 tp 8 minutes but it didn’t appear in my notification.
Frequently update
Always update.. Not everytime but mostly i cannot open the apps because off update.. 🤧
TIME TO UPGRADE UI
Current interface just caused to lack user experience. It’s been years, i think it’s time to upgrade the interface. The current seems old school with the colors not giving any enhancement
