SO Not user friendly
Can you guys actually go and use this app for transaction and etc. Is it user friendly to you? Why cant i go to home after making a transaction? Why i need to choose other button then can i go home to do a different transaction. Why everytime i want to do another transaction i need to log in again? Please look at your app. And use it. There is no improvement at all since i first time download it

No dropdown button on homepage
I currently used iphone to register/open account for my kids but sadly there is no dropdown button. It’s kinda useless apps. Have you tested the apps functionalities?uninstalled it!
Not a friendly user
I would like to log in for the first time user but I need to register first. Unfortunately during a time to receive TAC number, I was waiting about 5 tp 8 minutes but it didn’t appear in my notification.
Frequently update
Always update.. Not everytime but mostly i cannot open the apps because off update.. 🤧
TIME TO UPGRADE UI
Current interface just caused to lack user experience. It’s been years, i think it’s time to upgrade the interface. The current seems old school with the colors not giving any enhancement
Compulsory to update personal details
For me, updating personal details is good if we did at the branch instead of online medium. it is compulsory to be done if you wish to use the thijari apps. Plus, i feel that this apps is not really user friendly and i vote to uninstall it from the phone

Couldnt open the app
Been trying to open the app and failed to do so after updated to newest version last week. Just plain white page and nothing.
Cant log in
Been trying to login but everytime the safety picture is not what i chose. I have forgot the password and change my password but still cannot login because the safety pictures??then how?
Problematic
The apps cannot open. The screen turned white and doesn’t not function well. I don’t know whether mu phone is the problem or the apps but i cant open the apps since I updated.
COULDNT USE THiJARI
Is the apps having access issues? couldn't use for the past 2 weeks or so. White screen appears when switched on. Any issues on iOS & using iPhone 6s?

The apps cannot open. Its just went white blank. Through website also cannot open. It happen for almost a week until today

Cannot acess
I can no longer access thijari apps since last friday when the apps ask me to update the new version. I deleted the apps n redownloaded it few times already still the apps hang. Please fix it
Not functioning
Im no longer can do any transfer from the apps including to favourites account. Have to use MAE and costing RM1 for every transaction. Already go to branch. They said memang no longer can use. Then why bother to do the apps?? Frustrated.

Cannot open the app
I have tried to access the THiJARI app in the last few days. The app went blank when clicked. This seems to be a problem with iPhone only. The app works fine on Androids.

Major Update
Why always TH have to update their app? I always need to update the version whenever I tried to login to the app after awhile.

Can’t retrieve account info, fill up the account no, and its state the account haven’t register, when i want to register, its state “mobile no empty, while there’s no space to fill up monile no..hope developers can solve the issue..
