Not compatible with newer iPhone
App unable to take pictures of ID for submission. The pictures comes out blurry or it’s too far away for approval. Meanwhile it works fine with other vendors like Wemo. Only suggestion customer support can give me is to try again. I am giving up after my 10 attempts.
Cannot register via foreign phone number
I’m using an US number to register for the account, for some reason I cannot receive notifications of the passcode after I put my phone number. I contacted the customer service which first lied about that I can only use Taiwanese number to register and then told me it’s working with a foreign number and continue to do nothing. What a horrible service this is and a waste of my time.

APP設計不良。無法相容三鏡頭的手機。如果使用三鏡頭的手機拍證件照，會無法對焦。認證永遠不會過。
換低階iPhone才能成功對焦證件。
