Not for foreigners
The app or AI will not accept a valid IDP and the motorcycle license despite it being the proper requirements to be able to ride in Taiwan. I have submitted all documents and validation keeps on failing. Useless for foreigners.

Dear WeMo member, In accordance with new federal laws, beginning 02/2020, foreign applicants must provide a Taiwan issued driver's license or a category A International Driver's Permit (IDP) for registration. The effective or valid date must be visible for driver eligibility. No foreign driver's license is accepted. Please note, International Driver's Permit (IDP) is different from an International Driver's License (IDL). Thank you.
無法還車
無法透過app還車，已發生第四次，需透過客服才能歸還，刪除並重新下載app，還是無法排除問題。貴司工程部門需再重新檢查app程式。

找不到車浪費時間客服沒有任何解決方案和表示
請強制拍照或把定位用好，還有很多違規停車的車子，你們是不是都不管？租到的就倒霉？停在地圖根本找不到的地方，然後就是浪費時間，大老遠的走去租車地，結果沒有辦法租用，還要找其他交通方式！客服愛理不理的真的很糟糕！
請勿在租借車子中還要求做更新
新版的機車改善很多，特別是手機架，騎乘上方便且安全許多，但有一次在騎乘要歸還時，系統竟然要我先更新😂，這點請一定要改善，感恩。🙏
極致的音效設計和乘車體驗
騎車的音效做得很好，尤其是巷弄低速巡航的模式，騎在路上前面的小朋友都會轉頭回來看。希望增加一個功能是在租車當下的回報：我租到一台在萬華的車停在別人家門口，堆滿垃圾和個人物品，根本不能騎。
