Complètement naze, application incapable de montrer les détecteurs en manque de batterie et j’en passe. C’est honteux et l’abonnement payant on se demande pourquoi faire. Bref des voleurs…
Very pleased
This system recently replaced my old alarm and we are delighted with its ease of use. The phone app is so useful for setting, unsetting and notifications. Well worth the cost.

Je ne mets que 3 car cela fait très longtemps que j’utilise cette application. Elle est pratique pour activer ou désactiver à distance mais malheureusement pour une application payante,il n’y a pas beaucoup d’évolution. J’aimerais bien qu’au niveau de la visu des détecteurs nous puissions voir le niveau de batterie ou une alerte pour prévenir du changement car la centrale ne me dis plus rien et sur le clavier ce n’est pas non plus le top.
J’attends impatiemment cette évolution pour pouvoir mettre 5 étoiles à cette application

New app
Since using the new Irisco app have found it very difficult to view stills. You cannot zoom in on stills even in main picture. If you download you only get one pic at a time and can zoom in. Not user friendly in order to look at sequence.
Exceedingly complicated and limited app
Compared to other commercially available systems this app is clunky, its security access on the web is fragile and complex and you can’t add/change pin numbers or add phone numbers to call in the app. I regret having isntalled it!

Even after three further app updates, now on version 6.2.0, this app continues to hijack the microphone of your car’s bluetooth connection (audio recording?) as soon as you open the app and for as long as the app remains in the forefront, even after previously reporting such concerning app behaviour to both the developer and Apple themselves! Beware as clearly Risco does not respect the privacy of its customers, deliberately ignores feedback/app reviews and still provides misleading information on the App Privacy labels in all App Stores.

I had a glimmer of hope that app development would pick up after the free cloud service was converted into a paid subscription. Unfortunately, it was in vain. Aside from a GUI facelift, nothing has happened. To top it all off, changes have now been made to the API without any notice, meaning that Home Assistant, for example, can no longer log in.
Correction: even worse : Risco blocks HA agent.
On top of that, there’s been no support from the manufacturer for years. No response to emails, no response to reviews. If I hadn’t spent so much money on my system, I’d choose a different manufacturer.

En cas de déclenchement de l’alarme, impossible de réarmer ! Obligatoire d’appeler la maintenance hors de prix même sous contrat de maintenance !

Aucune remontée sonore en cas de déclenchement depuis le changement de version.
Je trouve cette application moins bien qu’auparavant( ancienne version)
Certes , l’armement du système est plus rapide je trouve mais beaucoup de bugs.
Notamment les alarmes sonores ne remontent pas lors de déclenchement. Je trouve ça dommage pour un système assez performant d’habitude.
