Really bad designed. Lots of issues

Can’t not login, changed password and still will not let me login. The website isn’t much better. It a shame because the trains themselves are great
Useless and full of bugs
App worked for a day. has not been able to log in since. reverifies captcha on its own halfway through booking and then automatically alters my departure time with no way to mitigate this without restarting the whole process and repeating this strange technical error (same on website so had to book with 3rd party) and in general the app is just laden with bugs. I live in Italy and trenitalia does much better than this even with their app/website but they also own iryo so i dont understand how this is so bad.

Completely unable to get past the login screen so the app is useless. Ridiculous!

Can the French or the Spanish bright minds create at least one app up to American standards? You have to fill in idiotic useless info about your great grand mother , passports , date of birth for one Fricken rail ticket. Fools! I am flying instead . Morons.

Sachez que si vous acheter le billet sans l’extra pour le gros bagage, il y’a de forte chances qu’il vous place dans une autre file pour vous dire juste avant le départ que vos bagages ne rentre pas et que le billet n’est pas remboursable. #ihateiryo
It doesn’t work/ no funciona
App gives an error . Maybe because we are in the US. I bought their tickets on their website. The app is worthless it does not work. / La aplicación indica que ha encontrado un error, y no funciona. Menos mal que compré los billetes en su página. Porque la app no hace nada.

App used to work, but now all I get are errors when trying to load it. Total garbage!
Does not work at all
On my iPhone it always says “ha ocurrido un error inesperado” and will not let me into the app after logging in. It doesn’t work at all and is completely unusable
