Stupidest SNAIL app
This is the most stupidest app I’ve seen. Waiting for it to load will take ages. And I ended up paying on the seremban branch as I wasn’t able to login for 3-4 months. Just throw this app and use a website instead. What a waste of money. Clearly no maintenance done for the app
The WORST App
I've been trying to sign up for this app since last year, but I'm still unable to do so. After entering all the details, the app just gets stuck.

This app is extremely disappointing. Outdated and poorly maintained with a clunky interface and frequent performance issues. It doesn’t meet current standards at all and using it can be very frustrating. Definitely needs a major update and serious improvements.

Apps always down, always loading, always causing trouble, quick to penalize user, but never improved the apps interface experience.

App takes years to load when signing in
This app is so useless it takes ages to log in. I am one of your staffs and I think this app is just a waste of rakyat’s money. Dato Ir Yazid and the whole SAINS C-level team should just retire. Wasting rakyat’s money for what?
Useless App
Login page keeps on loading (lama gila). End up couldn't even use the app. What a useless app. I wonder how much money have been swindled to develop this platform. Ended up sampah.

The app performance
This app sometime can make payment sometime cannot haisss … very easy to operate but very very very laggy . Need try many time or take me few day to complete the payment.
Poor app
Poor app !!!!! Can’t login when key in correct password, always loading, always log out automatically , few bill can’t combine make payment
Current statement
I can’t understand this Apps 😅😅 been hanging ever since i use it. Have to change password evey now and then. Until now it fails to stated my current bills.

Most Useless App Ever
I was told this app would make paying my water bills easier, didnt expect to get a brain aneurysm just to get through the login page. For some reason i had to change passwords everytime and this app still couldn’t login. It loads as if it were running on snail power. My decrepit grandmother could drive to town and pay her own bills before this app loads. So bad

Please Fix It
It’s very difficult to use this app nowadays unlike the TNB one. I think you guys need to improve the app ASAP as I’m not staying in Negeri Sembilan and paying for my mum’s house bill. Thank you so much for your hardwork
App needs technical update
Push notifications and current bill don’t update nor auto inform app user resulting in late bill payment and fine. iSAINS Tech department, please update app with new version. Imitate Air Selangor, they have a new, better version to serve the people paying for water
