Expensive and broken
Charging 6$ for a home inspection but cant even get this app working properly. Always have bugs and issues.
Deficient
You couldn’t pay me to use this report writing software. Report writer highly deficient. I spent 200+ hours this year trying to help the tech team fix all the issues with their software. Multiple multiple issues. Cost me so many extra hours I could have spent with my family. ISN report writer and mobile app still aren’t ready to field. So many known issues escalated to their development team. I was often told “that’s a known issue”. Just switched to Spectora. First report was flawless performance and highly efficient function and flow. Spectora is my fourth and final software.

Crashed again
Yet again the entire system is offline. Very unstable and underdeveloped app and report writer. poor efficiency of execution. I’ve spent literally hundreds of hours helping the development team fix issues and create efficiencies
Worst report writer I’ve used
This is by far the worst report writer I have ever used. I was using Spectora and when business was low I switched over to ISN because of the pricing structure. It worked for me at the moment. Needless to say, I prefer to pay $100 a month versus the low pricing for ISN because of how bad the software is. When I am arriving at my inspections and starting my reports, I will very often not have any of my needed templates available. There have been so many times when I’ve had to call them over the phone to resolve a situation for me while I am on the job already with my customer. The web writer is as bad as the app the web report writer is slow, check boxes that you select will de-select and then select again or if you’re not paying attention we’ll just stay deselect even after clicking. The only pro to any of this is that if you call them, they will help you with technical support. The con is that you’re always with technical support on the phone. It is stupid how bad it is. I’ve tried multiple software’s. I’m going back to Spectora where I was happy and had zero problems.

Disappointing
The report mobile app is a very disappointing experience for a home inspector. They fielded this application with very serious deficiencies and inefficiencies. I started using ISN back office for the sake of their pay at close option and also their build request list option on the desktop. Their mobile app report software is still not ready for field use, and I have spent at least 100 hours helping them work through all the glitches. I hope that sometime in the near future, I can come back here and change my review. But for the moment the application operation warrants a one star review.

ISN app is extremely laggy. Some functions like text reminder were working and now its not working anymore, and its not cheap to use.
Poor development.
ISN is now texting my personal phone about inspections! A feature I DID NOT APPROVE. These developers are absolutely ridiculous! You can make a super website but cannot develop your own application to do what the website does. Now you’ve added a feature to where your getting text messages about inspections I did not ask for?! I know understand why others have completely stopped using the application and use the webpage only. There are zero excuses absolutely zero excuses as to why this application is not running efficiently.

High fees, poor performance software
The fees that they are charging is quite ridiculous for a low quality scheduling software. This deserves a 0 star.
Unusable
The app is completely unusable and needs major improvements.
Problems?
I’ve been using the shortcut and saw there was an app. I’ve downloaded the app and instead of asking for my company key (which I know) it asks for the email. I don’t want my employees trying to sign in with my email… anyway. I enter the email and then poof …white screen. Guess there’s still some bugs to work out.
Oh. I have shut it down 3 or 4 times and hit use different email and now it opens with the company key… lol glitchy.

Still almost no functionality
Extremely poor app that was a joke from the start and now 10 months later has basically no functionality while they have raised prices. Clearly that money has not gone to app development
