I don't appreciate being forced to sign up for eSign in order to use the app. This behavior is shady so please make it optional.

Until we make this possible, please rest assured that even if activated, it is only you who decides if and when to use the electronic signature. If you however wish to deactivate it right away, please go to one of our branches and our staff will assist you immediately. Thank you for your understanding!

I can’t find the right words to describe how bad this bank is. High commissions, poor quality service, inefficiency, horrible customer service. I have never had a positive experience with this bank. Anytime I’ve had to use it’s services it has been a nerve racking experience. Avoid this bank as much as you can!
