Network failed to load please try again. It doesn’t even send you an email to sign up very upset I spent good money for this tooth brush and now my son can’t even use it with the app

app is asking for a verification number which is no where to be found. The instructions on how to sign up does not match what the app is doing.

I tried to sign up on the IOS app.When i click resend verification it’s says “Network failed to load,please try again” despite me having a good interface connection at the time.Anyway to help

Couldn’t Log In
In a previous review, I erroneously thought I could not reset my password. Turns out Google was sending the password confirmations to the spam folder.
What is the verification code?

You know we’ve taken technology too far when you’re standing in the bathroom unable to log into your toothbrush app because it decides not to log you in automatically and the lost password procedure doesn’t work.
