It’s ok but…
It could do with an iPad version
Why MyGlue?
Why waste your time, money, and resources developing another app, “MyGlue”, which is basically an exact copy of IT Glue, instead of just focusing on one and making it actually usable?
Improved over being historically poor
For the longest time it seemed like the phone app didn’t have much effort put in to it. Looking things up was a pain or almost impossible. I can finally look up passwords and interface doesn’t glitch or looks it would only load properly on a an ipad.
In 6 years, barely improvement.
Their web app is great. The ability to document anything is great. Their mobile app would serve the MSP space much better if you could do more data entry and photo gathering easier.
While I understand it’s fairly good at retrieving passwords, but documentation is critical in our space. It would be easy to get a tech to drop in some info while on site. There is less success getting them to remember to do it when returning to the office.
Make it easy.

Major redesign
Finally! The previous interface was just bad and this one is 180° different and looks much better.
New update is great
Love 2.0 so much better.
Don’t even bother
If you made a list of all the things an app should not do, this app has them all and then some. It needs to be scrapped and started over.
Here we are 5 years later and this app is still a dumpster fire.

Awful
I’m not sure if developers are joking or PM’s at ITGlue have no idea how to manage developers. If you don’t know how to develope a mobile app for IT documentation take a look at competitions. High school developer would do it better. Disappointed !
Absolutely worthless
I love their main product but their mobile app is unusable. It’s a literal dumpster fire. When you have a client that has sub folders and passwords within those sub folders, I would expect to see folders that I can select when I’m looking for a password. Nope, not how it works. The mobile app ignores the folders and lists every single password as a giant list. You’ll never be able to find the password if you’re looking for a “modem” and you have 32 entries that are labeled modem for 32 locations all within their separate sub folder. Maybe I’m using the app wrong but I don’t think so.

Buggy - Photos Not Working - Can’t view docs
Hitting the + button doesn’t seem to work when attempting to add a photo to documentation. This goes for the android version as well. Interface and overall usability pales in comparison to Hudu. You can mostly just check passwords and can’t pull up documentation. Severely needs an overhaul.
Needs more
Please add the documents section. It kills my soul that this is not in place. This app becomes an inconvenience more than anything if small things like this aren’t addressed.
Big fan but this app is terrible
I love the web based product but this app is shockingly bad. It appears they’ve made it as difficult as possible to login.
Still no iPad app? Come on…
Fortunately the app works great in either Chrome or Safari, but we need a native iPad app to support FaceID & such.
pretty please! 🙏🏻

iOS 17
Grossi problemi di utilizzo con ios17 e iPhone pro: impossibile anche tornare indietro nelle schermate avendo Dynamic island
Personal passwords hard to find
Our org wants employees to use ITGlue for both customer and personal passwords. Personal passwords can only be found in web app and take 5 steps to get into them. Hard to view web app and search is difficult to use. Not really impressed.
Screen alignment issue
Although all the functionalities are there, the screen just doesn’t align properly at least on my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Remember sign-in info
It would be extremely useful to simply remember the ‘subdomain’ and ‘email’ at the login screen.
The app itself is somewhat usable, but very cumbersome. Attempting to find an initial admin password in front of a customer takes no less than 5 min and makes us look foolish.
Some cleanup and polishing would make this easily a 4-star app.

No Face ID with SSO
We need to sign in with MFA every time the app starts. There should be an option to be able to keep the session active with PIN/FaceID unlock at least for a week. The interface could be a bit more intuitive.
Lot of bugs
Honestly, having access to our clients documentation and passwords through an app is exactly what we wanted at our company. Now we must face the fact that this app is, for the most part, completely unusable. We are all a bit disappointed by this.
Moreover, this is our experience:
- The app is unresponsive: Navigation is a real pain. It takes a really long time after clicking an element for the loading to actually happen. It brang us back to the age of IE. Seriously, I am spamming every element I clicked on, in the hope that it will eventually open.
- Navigation feels broken: After we went from the Organization tab, to one client (organization), then one asset type, and finally an asset, we need to follow the same path backward to be able to navigate to another Organization. It feels odd not to simply click on the Organization tab to go backward.
- Weird display experienced on iPhone 12 Mini: That part is an observation on my part. The display is inappropriate on my iPhone 12 Mini. Edges are cutting the search bar and the bottom tabs. It mades it a dunting task when trying to use those features e.g. searching a particular asset.
Regards,

Absolutely awful
Face ID was working for a hot minute now it’s impossible to get it to work. App immediately logs out as soon as it loses focus / backgrounds, forcing you to spend 2 minutes in front of customers to log back in. The app is behind a locked iPhone, there is absolutely no reason it should be logging itself out every time. Huge inconvenience and it’s costing us productivity of our technicians. This has to be a joke.
