Bad user functionality
The app is just not fluid. I appreciate the integration of Apple Pay into the app, but the user functionality is not quite there. I feel like the app is 10 years behind.
Confusion with buying tickets
It is confusing trying to buy tickets to get to the payment section. I did not want to enhance my journey with access to the lounge so I didn’t click on that icon. You have to click on it and then remove it before the tab for going to payment appears.

Es muy práctico y fácil de usar. Lo recomiendo mucho para hacer sus reservaciones y más cuando son con anticipación, ya que puedes ahorrarte dinero. Si vas de ida y vuelta a un destino es preferible que compres tus boletos de ida y vuelta en una sola exhibición para que ahorres, ya que si pagas ambos boletos separados, el de ida y el de vuelta, te saldrían más caros.

Stavo per pagare quando ho ricevuto un messaggio di errore. Mi ha inviato a provare più tardi. Ho provato diverse volte sia con l’app che con il sito web e, finalmente, due ore dopo sono riuscito a pagare, ma la tariffa è aumentata. Non mi sembra giusto.

Su IPad non funziona, non riesco nemmeno a registrarmi. Inserisco tutti i dati per la registrazione e poi non c’è nessun tasto per proseguire con l’iscrizione.
Great & easy app for tourist
This is an easiest app to book fast train tickets. My first time to Italy and I had no issues to book all my train trips through this app. I’m very happy with it!

The “High-Speed” Train That Never Arrives
Italo completely destroyed my travel plans. Two back-to-back delays of more than 2 hours made me miss not just one, but multiple connecting trains. This company has no respect for passengers’ time, money, or schedules.
Calling this “high-speed rail” is a joke — what they actually deliver is chaos, stress, and zero accountability. If you care about reliability, stay far away from Italo.

App needs work
App is glitchy doesn’t work very well, train service is good
Glitches often
Will not open on WiFi often or at all. Seems to be down quite often.
App no longer works
As others have mentioned, the app no longer works. It just keeps saying it is not available and to go to their website. No point in downloading it until they fix it.

It has been more than a week that the app is not working. No resolution given. Useless app as it is
