I updated the last app update and I’m sitting here trying to connect to it but it’s not working and yes, my Bluetooth is on and have been doing the same thing that I have been since I’ve gotten my iTOVi eight or nine years ago

Tried multiple times adding new contacts and all I get is an error message.

Excelente herramienta para dar empoderamiento
Es una excelente herramienta para tu familia ya que a veces pensamos que el padecimiento tiene origen físico pero es mucho más que eso, las emociones detonan lo físico así que hay que ir a la raíz del problema para resolverlo y el ITOVI te da esa certeza de saber que usar en el ámbito emocional mientras solucionas lo físico.
Yo lo obtuve para mi familia y mis bebés ya que es difícil saber qué pasa con ellos ya que no te pueden describir su dolencia y me completo mi negocio doterra. Es excelente para darle a las personas la seguridad de lo que tienen. Cierra muchas inscripciones!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I don’t understand what’s happened lately to the ITOVi. It used to be so reliable and pretty much spot on but lately it doesn’t make sense. 2 weeks ago I had a bad cold with cough and it read 0 in respiratory and 0 in immunity. Talked to many people who are saying the same. What is going on? Something’s changed. :0(

App Broken
Tha app is not working properly. When I try to use the iTOVi scanner, I only get so far and then the app gets stuck in a loop
I click scan, my iTOVi scanner vibrates, I choose the person I would like to scan and get next screen but it continuously loads and doesn’t ever stop loading so I am unable to choose how many oil suggestions I’d like. Please help

Why I can’t choose ITOVI English language version? I can’t read cyrylica or russian alphabet. I’m in Poland.

After paying for my device in full all technical support vanished!
I use my scanner in a on e of my reports for my business and took advantage of a special that itovi as a monthly subscriber to pay off my scanner in full.
Since the payoff totaling over 500.00 was invested. I stop receiving technical support and the device stopped working!!
It’s a shame because I really loved using my device and it helped so much in my Doterra business!

Learning how to use on new people from my upline

Last name on account
I have been trying to change my last name on my itovi for years. I’m no longer married and that last name is triggering for me. Even with trying to have itovi tech support help me it still is not changed. How can this not be changed!!?
