Don’t open an account here! You will not be able to get your money back out. The app hasn’t worked on iPhone in over a year. The fees for buying and selling are atrocious but worst of all, when you actually try to get your money out, you won’t be able to. This place is a NOT a real bank. It is a neobank. A “pass through” bank. Beware.

Don’t Invest with ITrust Capital
I engaged ITrust Capital to invest $300,000 in crypto. The process was completely exasperating from beginning to end. While I appreciate the need for security, their procedures to trade and withdraw earnings were incredibly difficult and are designed to sit on your funds for as long as possible for their benefit. After making a withdraw request, their "staff" made me jump through hoops for three days to verify the same information four separate times before authorizing my request to wire funds. The transfer then took another five days because they use third-parties to hold the capital. When I complained, they stopped communicating altogether. Even after I explained that the funds were needed for another time-sensitive market trade they ignored my concerns. Ultimately it cost me over $35K on the next investment. I would strongly discourage anyone considering working with ITrust Capital. After trying to work with them, I actually question the validity of this company. Don't Do It!

Trying to buy BTC real time price is 77K and your app
Is showing me 79K!
My conditional orders have not been filled at 78500 even tho price is now at high 77K.
This is frustrating as someone who has ample amount of liquid in dry powder sitting waiting to buy at desired DCA prices.
I strategically set these DCA, woke up at 330am to all notifications that BTC price has fallen, then go to see ITrustCapital UI has not executed my orders.
Went to go market buy because the price is 78000 and still your UI is showing above 79K.
It’s 2 hours later and the spread is now well over 1K but yet your UI says BTC price is executing for above 79K when in real time the live price is 77K.
Is showing me 79K!

Latest updates broke app
On an iPhone 16 pro max and this app doesn’t work. I can’t purchase anything in the app. The ui design is broken and when you click buy on an asset or try to fund your Ira account the option is hidden with the popup modal because the margins or something are way off. Wasn’t like this before but I haven’t used the app in a month or so. Coming back to it now and having all these issues. Please fix. I literally can’t buy anything or fund my account.
Also please make it so we can fund with a 10$ minimum.

While the platform has always been great overall, the app used to be a little clunky and unreliable. There have been a lot of improvements made over the last few months and I’m enjoying using the app as much as other crypto platforms now. Thanks for the big improvements.

App isn’t being kept relevant for older versions of iOS

I’ve used the app for a while now and have tried communicating with the team at ITC to resolve the issue of logging into my account.
Background: I recently upgraded my phone but run an older iOS version. (18) From what I’ve read there is an estimated 10-20% loss in daily battery life by updating to the most recent iOS (26?) update.
What ITC informed me is that in order for me to use the app to access my account I need to update to the latest iOS to log in.
I’ve submitted all necessary information for them to resolve the issues but it’s been more than a week since this issue has been impacting me and potentially others.
This is unacceptable for any form of financial account access app, especially a crypto investment app where the market can shift 24-7.
Please fix the problem and make it right.

AMAZING!
The iTrustCapital app is clean, easy to use, and makes investing in crypto and precious metals for retirement simple. Fees are transparent, security feels solid, and customer support has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Overall it’s a reliable and trustworthy platform. Highly recommend!
App orientation
I have to pick the iPad off my keyboard to use the app, which is a deal breaker for basic use. Please fix this; I'm going to start boycotting companies that don’t think the user interface of their apps is important!

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but the app just shows a blue screen and flashes white over and over again now. An IRA /crypto trading app needs to be stable. This is happening even after the most recent bug fix update.
