Can’t Use SMS
Downloaded the app and attempted to setup using SMS messaging instead of WhatsApp. Received an error. After a few attempts, i deleted the app and tried again. Same result. Since I refuse to use WhatsApp, I won’t be using this app.
Scammers
They scammed my account and skimmed money weekly for sum of £138. They sign you up to a magazine instead of actually finding you a taxi AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Rubbish
Tried to use this when booking a cab from our apartment to Sorrento. Booking was taken. Confirmed and then cancelled by the local taxi company 15mins before the pick up. Don’t waste your time
App does not work
I can’t even get the app to work! When I provide my phone number I keep getting an “Oops” error message that the app has issues. What is the point?
Useless app
Useless, wouldn't let me reserve a taxi in advance like it claims to.
Poorly designed app
Trying to register for the app has been, trying, at best. In loading credit, I get the same error message; moment: try again later or with a different card. I think I’ll try a different app instead.
Was scammed for 200€ and wasn’t allowed to report it
I was scammed out of 200€ by my taxi driver and when I tried to report it on the app, I couldn’t submit my report because “it seemed like spam” no matter what I said. They hire scammers here like Vincenzo from Naples with license plate HD608KE. You should use him if you like paying and extra 200€.
No protection for customers
Baffles me that this is so widely in use in Italy. Yes, you can get a taxi with it no problem. However, it doesn’t offer any protection from gettng scammed in any way. You have no idea how much you will have to pay and it doesn’t monitor the taxis in any sense.

Usei em duas viagens e nas duas funcionou perfeitamente! Na última precisei em um horário não convencional e, reservando antes, deu super certo!
Horrible
Drivers cancel 2-3 times per ride on the way to pick up (only booking easy trips within rome). Very difficult and time consuming to get driver. Also very expensive (40 euros for 15 minute drive). If you try to book on uber they just send you a taxi from the same company, who will ask you to cancel the ride and pay them directly.

Terrible
App does not track incoming driver well at all, have to restart app multiple times. Does not tell you price, and if driver is a distance away from you, you pay for him to come to you and to take you to destination… 2x price of Uber if driver 10+ minutes away.
Love never had a problem
I love this app and they’ve always treated me well I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews but every time I come to Rome, it’s better and cheaper then Uber or Lyft just as fast and easy, the drivers great. I want to use it forever maybe the big companies are trying to bash the small ones I have no idea, we don’t need big companies taking over just because you can’t see the word taxi on the cab or the number of a license plate. But I am not a fan of tourists putting down Italian businesses when they are nothing but good to their customers and want to see this business thrive as it deserves :)

Got me to the airport on time
I was a bit concerned with the apps low rating, but everything went smoothly for me. I pre-booked a taxi for a 4:00am pick up the night before. The taxi driver called me when he arrived. No issues, price was as advertised
Can’t install
It rejects US and Italian phone numbers.
Broken, won’t accept name
Completely unusable. Won’t let me register, won’t accept my name, the “Confirm” button is inactive, and there’s nothing else you can do.
Registration issue
When app aka for name during registration it does not allow to proceed. Name can be typed in but the proceed is greyed out.

Can’t get past the Enter Name screen
I was able to verify my number via Whatsapp, and then it asks for your name. No matter what value I put into the text field, the Confirm button remains greyed out and isn’t clickable. Infuriating experience.
Will not work
I downloaded the app and put my phone number in, which was verified then was asked to put my name in to continue and it will not allow me to enter my name. I’ve tried three different devices and all the exact same. Horrible I would not recommend.
Ужасное такси
Долго искалось, потом приехало и не мог найти 10 минут, карта просто не обновлялась при отличном интеренете, потом не мог завершить поездку. Ужас
Overcharged for dangerous ride
Ordered a taxi once cause I thought it would be cheaper than Uber. The driver took 15 minutes to get to me and was the dirtiest cab I have used in a week in italy. The driver nearly crashed on the drive, and charged me €60 for a 15 minute ride. The Uber only cost me €40 on the trip out for the same distance at a busier time. This app is a scam, and there is no quality control. Do not recommend.
