Calendar is not right
Please fix the calendar option as the dates are wrong and it’s impossible to see previous footage because of this
New playback UI not working
The new playback UI is not showing correct dates. I have tested on different phones and iOS versions. This app supports over 20 of my clients and used to work flawlessly for me before recent updates. Can this be researched please

Please please fix the playback!
Would someone PLEASE provide a fix to the playback problem? Or at lease acknowledge that whoever did the last update screwed it up? Why have this app if you can’t go back and replay your security cameras???
Good app
I like the app it does the job I had this app for few years I think it’s good. However I am having problem whenever I go to do play back it give me the option for last month date to play back not this month is there away to fix this issue we are on March 18 2019 and on playback it give me February 18 2019. And after that date is not available thank you

Terrible
This app always worked good until the latest update. Now if you go to playback the date is wrong and if you enter a date/time it’s not even close. App is useless other then watching in real time.
Playback feature isn’t working.
I love the app however after the last update the playback feature no longer works. It won’t let me get to Feb for playback. It shows January 10 as current date.
Latest update doesn’t work
This has never been the greatest of apps but the recent update broke it altogether. Now it connects to my DVR and cameras but just displays the logo in each of the camera slots while showing active frame rates. Really time to move on to a different setup.

Not working anymore
All of a sudden, this app quit working. This is not a game app, this is a critical app for security of my property and my safety. “App Support” takes you to a website in Korean. I don’t read or write Korean. Please fix.
Lost my settings
It is no good.. I lost all my settings.
Bad Update
The update on May 10th, 2018 wiped out every DVR and settings I had. Will take hours to re-add these to everyone’s iPhone/iPad.

5/10 update
Updated my app this morning and all of my setup data is erased for connection to my DVR. I can’t believe I now have to start at square one to re-establish my local (WiFi) and remote (3G/LTE) connections. A warning that setup information would be deleted prior to app update would have been a nice disclaimer thus allowing a user to record their setup data prior to updating the app!
