Amazing app
I have been using IVSEC for over 4 years in 3 seperate sites, much faster than the other big names, loads instantly and easy to set up
Very good software.
Better than most other camera systems I have dealt with. Love it.
Terrible connectivity in app
First off I’ll mention I am a registered security and cctv installer with 11 years experience in most of the main brands out there.
I am trying IVSEC as a budget option for clients who don’t want to over invest in cctv.
The camera system is not bad but the App repeatedly drops offline.
You spend more time looking at a system that is offline than your actual cameras.
Tried contacting IVSEC support in regards to an ai question but everyone was busy.
Was promised a call back and never heard anything again.
Not a great start to a new brand that I am willing to invest time and money into…
Also.
App rarely rotates when phone is on its side.
This app really needs a fullscreen button to force full screen viewing when needed.

Ivsec cameras
The app is annoying , I always have to uninstall it on my iPad for it to work and now both my phone and iPad don’t work, please fix this issue, I got rid of my wifi cameras so I wouldn’t have any issues with connectivity and this is worse,I went to tech help and that was useless as well, nothing is working on any of our devices and we can’t fix it
