Not what you would think
This app seems like it has nothing to do with the GLP-1 at all. I prefer just logging in on a browser seems more convenient for the experience I’m looking for
Not operable
I absolutely despise this app . I was able to log in. However, it does not allow you to even see what you’ve paid for, your treatment or shipping status. I’ve had to go to an email they sent me to log in or use safari and go to the website. Not to mention my second shipment hasn’t even been shipped and it was automatically ordered Jan 17th. Today is Jan 29th and it just says “sent to pharmacy” and I’ve already taken my last shot for the month. Talk about a set back. Terrible company and app!

App does not exist
The app is a joke- I’ve never been able to log in. I’ve also never been able to talk to anyone via their website either. Getting sketched out about the company as a whole.
App doesn’t work
Tried signing in with pass and email since other reviews say magic link doesn’t work, but signing in normally gives an invalid code error despite there being no code or place to enter a code
Can’t open the app
The app sends you a link, which routes you to their website. You might as well log in on chrome or safari from your phone.
